I've gotten three watches in my life.
Moto 360 - $250
Some random Guess watch - $100
Casio Calculator watch - $50

My favourite thing about this thread is the number of people claiming to have spent huge amounts of money on watches, but not actually posting any evidence in support of their claims.
If you look in the "who's got a nice watch" thread in the picture gallery forum, you can find some posters from this thread, having posted pictures of their watches.

I spent $2,321,000 on a watch. Do I win the thread now?

40k AP rose gold roo
20k hublot diamond big bang
10600 USD on my Panerai, worth every penny. To me..
Before that, I paid about $250 for a Glycine Airman with a neat 24 hour dial, when I was in the Air Force. The wrist band broke and now I can't wear it. I guess they don't make bands for it any more. Bummer.
Pretty sure you could get a replacement, even if not the original.
Been looking for years but it's not a standard band layout. Most replacements aren't wide enough. I swear the pins are 2-3 mm longer than standard ones.
Should visit some specialty jewelers though. Boy did I love that watch!
guess you didn't buy the Patek super complication.
It went for £13.4 million - $21.3 million
I was think of buying it myself if I'd been able to find a Nato to fit it![]()
it amazes me that people will spend on a watch what a car cost. I dont know. Id rather have a car for that much.![]()
