So I contacted them on Facebook, asked for refund! Then they replied me very very quick! They didn't try to explain their tons of delays, and their tone is really really bad. Of course I dun understand their problems. I invested money to them,if they keep delay, they should let us know the reason and make backers understand, it is not my bad for not understanding when they keep disappearing when they can't keep their promises , I am really pissed!

They don't need that kind of support? And you don't understand crowdfunding? I think they forgot that the backers just made them possible. They already had your money and worked with it, so how did you not support them?Where is the correlation between crowdfunding, delays and communication? If they don't communicate what is going on, then of course they lose trust.
This would not have happened if they would communicate and their quick response shows that they can.
What are they afraid of? Did they ship it already but with China Post which will take much longer to deliver? So they wait until they release that info until it's only a few days until delivery? With no communication from their side they practically ask us to speculate.
