What do you mean by 50%? Do you assume a 50% chance for everything? Do you have more information than us? Do you mean 50% that it ships at all or that it has been shipped on Monday?

I was just making a point that Cupert promised us an update as soon as the items have been shipped which they said would happen on Sunday/Monday. And as it is Tuesday in China, they must already know if it shipped or not. So they could just let us know.

By now it's Tuesday in China. So either the items have been shipped on Monday or have not been shipped on Monday.

Hahaha, this is how my mother calculates statistic chances.
"Chances are always fifty/fifty. Either it happens or it doesn't"
 
I guess Cupert is too busy working on their new products.
Is it so hard to tell us that shipping will take until day x?

I don't understand what is so hard about sticking to your promise. If you promise a shipping date and an update and you cannot keep your promise about the shipping, why not keep it about the update? What is so hard about an update?

That's a P.O. Box. Company and owners are based in Denmark. They must have a distributor in Cupertino. I received my sample from Cupertino.

Take a deep breath. I doubt the stress and aggravation you're experiencing is worth the $30 bucks.
 
I just found that every time i left comment on their page, an error occurred! What's wrong?

So I contacted them on Facebook, asked for refund! Then they replied me very very quick! They didn't try to explain their tons of delays, and their tone is really really bad. Of course I dun understand their problems. I invested money to them,if they keep delay, they should let us know the reason and make backers understand, it is not my bad for not understanding when they keep disappearing when they can't keep their promises , I am really pissed!

They don't need that kind of support? And you don't understand crowdfunding? I think they forgot that the backers just made them possible. They already had your money and worked with it, so how did you not support them?Where is the correlation between crowdfunding, delays and communication? If they don't communicate what is going on, then of course they lose trust.

What are they afraid of? Did they ship it already but with China Post which will take much longer to deliver? So they wait until they release that info until it's only a few days until delivery? With no communication from their side they practically ask us to speculate.

They are so wrong. I am not saying i paid for the money then they have to kiss my ass. I just want them to respect their backers(customers). How can they be that rude to a customer? I dun want a cheap product obviously, if i do, i won't buy an iPhone. They can't stick with their promise means they have fine and not cheap product? It is their customers to judge! But we can't, because the perfect SP is still in China. And they even told me to stop my childish comment! WTH! Who is childish? Never have this bad experience before!

Cinder are so annoying, i gave up.

How are you liking the Note 5? I sold my Note 4 a few weeks ago thinking I'd get the 5 on release but I'm in Europe so no Note 5 here.

Note 5 is really good, i like the design and the thin bezel. Also the os is better than before. It is so smooth, it is kinda like iPhone with another design haha. But i will back to iPhone eventually.

I appears the CINDER representative snapped. While it's definitely not good service, he's right that some folks don't understand how crowd funding functions. Many crowd funding projects do not offer refunds.

Moral of this story: Crowd funding is all about patience and risk. If you want something right now, order from an established company. Get tracking number. Live life to the fullest.

Of course, this has been mentioned by others in the thread and ignored. $30 bucks isn't worth the aggravation, but I guess it's something to do when you're bored. Carry on. :)
