I am. I realize it is just a phone. When I order one, it will eventually get to me. In the grand scheme of things, this really isn't that important.

Who here is actually happy and relaxed?

I am good. I probably will get my 6 week to two later and I am cool with it. I mean it will be delivered to me no lines etc. I know some want it on the 19th but having to fight with lines at stores and carriers getting bogged down with activation etc. Also I can see the issues people have and get around them when I get mine.

I'm not. Customers that are left in the dark are not generally happy. A simple email here and there with updates or a list showing how things will work would suffice.

Are you talking about in-store pickup process or something? They will probably give out more info in the coming days. It's less than 12 hours since they started getting hammered on the biggest product launch ever! Give them at least a little chance to breathe! :p

I am relaxed too, the new iPhone won't be here until November, so I will have plenty of time to watch unboxings, reviews, see them in person and make up my mind :)

Feeling good other than not being charged yet, but that seems to be the case for a lot of people. It'll work itself out. Really looking forward to next week!

Was never worried or unhappy. For goodness sakes it's a phone. The only thing I get nervous or have anxiety about is a home purchase or a medical issue. If a cellphone is making you fret like these threads I'd suggest a shrink because you definitely need it. Life is too short to panic about consumer products.

So I keep seeing neurotic threads about people worrying that their ship date isn't accurate, the carrier said there might be a problem, etc. Others are neurotically checking the orders page or calling the carrier to create even more things to worry about.

So who here is actually just happy and relaxed that they got their preorder in? Personally, I couldn't be happier. I got the size and color I wanted, then I got the confirmation at the end of the order and an email confirmation that both said it's arriving on launch day.

Let's all just take a breath, have a beer, and relax a bit. What do you say? :)

I'm a little cranky from little sleep. Woke up at 5 am EST to make sure I got my order in, only to see at 2:15 PM and IT'S STILL AVAILABLE FOR THE 19th.

Other than that... I'm relaxed. Glad I got my order in, and that I'm getting it on the 19th :)

I'm relaxed and happy with my 5s until the space grey 6 64g I pre-ordered
arrives and still have an upgrade left for the 6s....... then the 6 will be due
for upgrade when the 7 comes out....and so on and on and on...........

I have to be honest here. Im pretty content with my iphone 5. Im not due for an upgrade until march of next year. I dont feel like spending $750 on something thats not going to be amazingly better,

I'm good and relaxed. I did the whole pre-order thing knowing I probably wouldn't get it in time for release. I have two small kids so patience is something I have an abundance of. In the meantime, I'll keep reading reviews and checking out the different cases available from now till then. It's just a phone.

When I put things in perspective, I guess I'm alright. That, and I'm really wondering if I need the 6+ or if the 6 is really more ideal for me. I honestly wasn't even thinking of upgrading this year as it just doesn't seem to be that much improved over my 5s, but last night a coworker made me an offer for my phone and since I break even, why not?

At any rate this is a cakewalk compared to some other things I'm waiting on, like my suppressors to get approved by the ATF. Imagine paying a total of $600-$1000 for an item and not being able to receive it for the better part of a year.

I think this thread was meant for people that actually went through the ordeal of trying to pre-order, of course you're not in the least stressed if you're content with your current phone.

Wish I was in your position!

:)

Completely. Couldn't get an order to go through between 3:30-4:30 AM EST, figured, 'oh well, no rush'. Woke up this morning to find an email regarding the 'We have an iPhone for you' reservation pop-up I received at some point while trying to preorder, got a 2nd email later advising me to complete my order. I was able to complete an order for an iPhone 6+ 64GB on AT&T at about 12:30 PM this afternoon...and have a delivery date of 9/19. :D

And it's Friday, got paid, and the weather's beautiful right now in sunny Florida. So yeah, I'm perfectly relaxed.

Feeling pretty good here. Got the exact phone I wanted with a confirmation email saying it'll be ready for pick up on launch day. :) It was frustrating this morning, but everything turned out okay.

I should feel relaxed, but I'm not. Got the 6 plus via the App Store app by about 1:30 am Pacific. Could have been worse. Woke up this morning with an email from Apple saying my reservation is ready to go to complete my order (I got one of those "an iPhone is reserved for you" messages but kept going since it wasn't showing up in tracking.

So now I'm having second thoughts on the size. Is this thing really going to be huge? Will it be comfortable in my pants? Will I look like a schmuck when I'm talking on it? I'm debating whether or not I should cancel my order (which is set to arrive on the 19th) for the still-in-stock 6. I know I shouldn't be thinking this way and just be happy, but I'm not. First time I've ever felt so unsure about a tech item before.

Thanks Apple.

I'm happy and relaxed, it'll get here when it gets here and hopefully I'll still be breathing. Life is good!
