Who is ordering from VZW.com?

I may have to add a line so I make sure I don't have any trouble ordering and sign up for Edge then transfer my number over and close the other account next month when the contract ends.

No, I'm not a Verizon employee. It's just through work. I have gone through several dummy checkouts the last couple of days and the activation fee gets waived every time.
 
I'm new to VZW but have to order through their site to get the 2 gb unlimited talk/text $60 plan.

I am doing this for both me and my wife, and it looks like i will have to go through the preorder process twice, since selecting two phones makes that plan option disappear.:rolleyes:

Good luck to you. I'd recommend two browsers in your case.
 
Can someone explain the benefits of choosing edge over a standard 2 year contract? I read over it but I feel like they are trying to screw you over somehow haha...
 
I really hope the site doesn't get bogged down. If I miss out because I'm too slow, I can live with that. If I miss out because the site crashes, I'll be pissed.
 
Verizon wireless went live 2:57AM. My order is in. Email confirmation received. Deliver by Sept 19. 128GB Silver iPhone 6+. GOODNIGHT!
 
If I buy from Verizon do they just bill you? I just realized I doubt my dad's account has enough in it for what I need to buy.
 
Ordered my 2 minutes before midnight. Got the 64GB 6 Plus slate grey. Keeping unlimited. Delivery the 19th. :D
 
I just ordered mine from Verizon

I had an unlimited plan and had no idea what I was supposed to switch to considering we're on a family plan in terms of data. I hope that I picked the right one or that I can switch it after a month if need be. Kind of wish I had a plan in mind to just keep the unlimited data since I have no idea what I was paying before

I just ordered three for my family as well and it was a bit confusing. I was just happy to make it till the end! Regardless, I am sure if you explain to them wth was going on they can help!
 
What a crock of ****. specifically had to order from verizons crappy site to get the $60 single line 2GB unlimited talk/text plan, then get to the preorder process and that plan is NOWHERE to be found for the iPhone 6.

what the ****? so now i have to try and get in on apples site 15 minutes into the game and try and do two single line separate orders, and then call verizon tomorrow and try and get through to try and see if they will change the plan to the ****ing plan that should've been on the site to begin with?
 
Got in at 2:56 EST and ordered an iPhone 6 64GB Space Grey. It couldn't have been easier. I can't wait until next Friday!
 
It's looking like I spent too much on the data plan. Everyone else has 6GB for 30 bucks a month, which wasn't an option for me. I also had no idea whether or not I should have selected the hotspot plan (which I ended up doing)
 
Just ordered mine. Kinda worried if it went through though. I have a confirmation number but no email yet! And have no been able to find anything else on it
 
Order placed about 5 minutes after midnight. Says delivery next Friday so far no email yet.

Update: Email confirmation was received about 50 minutes after the order. Just FYI.

Have people received their email confirmation? I got my order in and it says it will be shipped on September 19, but I haven't got a confirmation yet.

I also wasn't able to get my employee discount. I guess I'll have to call tomorrow and get that added on.

The new purchasing format through me off, so I was a little slower than expected. But I got it in pretty quick I think.
