Yeah I thought so, does look quite yellowed (Though not too bad, the 2012 seems quite blueish?)
Yeah the 2012 does have a slight blue to it !
Would you return the 2015? I'm not 100% sure. It does bother me, especially the fact these are "premium" products. But it is clearly there, yellowish whites and greys..
have you run the IR test?
Also, can you re-take the picture holding a white sheet of paper in the display to allow us to know how your local lighting and camera affect the color?
/wish I could get a pic of my display next to yours, then i'd know
I haven't tried the IR test, as I was pretty annoyed when I first turned it on to see the colour issues.
I will do when I get back home, I'll also do a IR test.
Maybe it's my eyes but it does not seem yellow to me. And the other one is quite bluish. I think people are automatically assuming any A029 panel is yellow and "bad". They might have a higher incidence of bad panels but it's not to say they are all bad or any A02A is automatically good.

Yes, I'll get some better pictures when I get back. Could just be my eyes used to my 2012 blue-ish screen haha. But I'll upload some shortly.
Also it may be easier to test whiteness / uniformity by bringing up a blank white screen and maximizing the window. If you can bring up a blank white web page, like about:blank that should do. At first glance it does look to be on the warm side, but the white around the MR web icon and the web address bar on top look white to me. So you may have a good one.
also try to take some pictures in darkness with the brightness set at the highest setting for both for additional comparison

and the comparison does look almost identical to mine, I'd be happy with that A02A as well if I were you and ready to part with the 2014.

Noticeable difference appears to be mostly in the menu bar/ greys :s ?

to be pedantic you should take two pictures - one of each, head on. Even with IPS, polarization effects will make a screen-color-brightness comparison flawed with the diff in angles (even the best screens brightness will vary by angle, even if color stays fairly constant)

I don't see anything, myself, IMHO,to complain about there. Esp. the white of the URL bar looks good on the new one. But perhaps others will chime in. I DO know that when there are problems, there's usually no-having-to-guess-about-it
actually i was looking at them backward. I can see the 2015 is diff. but not really enough to be sure. I cant really tell even from the pictures, does pure white not come through white?
If you did stick with it, i wouldn't say you'd done a bad thing personally (and im picky)
