Hope that helps. 20% off - basically free shipping! Spread the word. :D

Hence the warranty. ;)

Thanks for the discount code! I didn't see this post until after purchasing and then called them up this morning and they were happy to apply the 20% discount for me.

Wow thanks! Ordered mine on the 14th and called them up, they were more than happy to apply the 20% discount and refund me the money. What great customer serivce to go along with a great product :)

just ordered my wrapsol ultra kit for my upcoming 4! Used the code "chatter" and didn't get charged tax but that may be because I live in Delaware and there is no sales tax here. 28 bucks is well worth the piece of mind that I am at least doing something to protect my 370 dollar investment (32GB phone and applecare). I may even go so far as to get the Apple bumper to go along with it but we'll see when I get the thing in hand, I may like the thinness of the naked phone and I don't recall dropping my current v710 from Motorola more then 2-3 times in over 5 years of use.

I recently preordered the Wrapsol Ultra for iPhone 4. I was wondering if the protectors can be reused if I ever have to have the iPhone replaced for some reason. Would I have to spend another $25 to purchase a new set if that were to happen?

I don't know for sure but I find it practically impossible to reuse an adhesive based protection film of this nature. I am going to say, without experience mind you, that you will definitely have to purchase a new kit to cover a replaced phone.

This question is posted somewhere in the earlier pages.

If you have to replace your iPhone, the lifetime warranty through Wrapsol will cover this. They will send you a new one...

Thanks for the confirmation. I did read it earlier, but wasn't sure about it. The Wrapsol "contact us" page wouldn't let me submit a question for whatever reason.

yeah I've tried that function, doesn't work for some reason.

Give them a call. Hit "2" and you'll be transferred to a live rep. They are extremely nice and there's no waiting period whatsoever.

I had the same problem when trying to send them a message. Pay close attention to the subject field (I was getting an error message there for some reason). Once I fixed that, the message sent.

Had the same problem. They didn't like the number 4 in the subject field for some reason.

Just ordered the original Wrapsol fullbody kit.

Hopefully I got my order in early enough that it'll be sent out on Thursday so that I can get it on Friday.

I leave for vacation on Friday night so if I could get it that morning/afternoon and apply it quickly I'll feel much better on the trip. :D

Excited for the matte back.

I'm having second thoughts about ordering the original. You all make a great point about the glass back. Dunno how matte would look.

You think if I call up they'll change it?

I also want to ask about the cut over the proximity sensor.

I called and had mine changed from the ultra to the original, so yes you can get it changed. However, they have to cancel your previous order and then replace another order, which most likely means you lose your spot in the preorder line. Not sure how many preorders they have and how much it matters though.

I've read all 6 pages of this thread and am set on Wrapsol. I'm just waiting for a couple hands on reviews from you guys once they start shipping to see whether I'll order. The new phone is too sleek to hide in a case.

I just pre-ordered an Wrapsol Ultra :). After reading this, I am much more confident in my purchase since I know that if I change my mnd, I can get my money back.

From the Wrapsol website:
Lifetime Replacement Warranty. We guarantee everything we make. If one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction or it becomes damaged due to wear and tear, simply return it to Wrapsol for a replacement.

Money Back Guarantee. If you don't agree that Wrapsol is the best product of its kind, you are welcome to return it within 45 days for a full refund, including any shipping charges.

I also ordered the Ultra but I'm having second thoughts now after reading that CNET article that says they are coming out with a fingerprint-phobic version of the ultra shortly.

I called and they are awesomely refunding my purchase for the Original. Just placed one for the Ultra. I'm really curious about the dry application.

I just hope I get mine by the 25th. I leave for vacation that night.

sorry bro, I doubt you'll get yours by the 25th.

I spoke to a rep this morning to get the 20% discount added and generally asked her when they were shipping out the films. She said since I ordered on the 15th, I should be in the 24th batch. Later orders will go out on the 25th and 26th.

She mentioned they have a ton of pre-orders and it's first come first serve. Good luck.

very good info everyone. I'm just wondering for those who have used any of the wrapsol products on previous phones if they have any tacky feel to them. I tried invisible shield for my ipad but was dissatisfied with the tacky, almost sticky feel of it. Do the wrapsol products have this aspect, or are they smoother?
Thanks!

I've also read all 6 pages, still hoping to find out if the Ultra has any type of orange peel effect. If so, I might have to go with the SGP EX Series instead.

if that happens, anyone think they'll exchange them? i ordered the ultra but would much rather have one that wont grab fngerprints.

do you have a link to this article? I wonder if we can "exchange" the film once that comes out.

In the near future, the company also plans to introduce a fingerprint-phobic version of the Ultra skins that will work on both the front of the device and the back, which for phones like the iPhone 3GS has been something users lose when applying a third-party screen protector (or sometimes just by heavy usage).
