Does anyone know if they ship from their headquarters in MA?

Yes, the rep I spoke with said it ships directly out of their headquarters in MA. I asked her the turnaround time to NYC and she said one day.

Taxes?

This is my first time ordering from Wrapsol, I also assumed they had a office in CA. Is this their normal practice? If they do I smell a class action lawsuit in their future.

Good to know. Does anyone know by chance if when getting a replacment through warrenty, do you have to send your old skin back to them? Or do you just get a new one and dont have to send anything back?

They recently changed their policy, they give you the option of either sending it back or uploading a picture showing it's worn, etc.

MA state law says all items bought on line need to be taxes. As in all items need to be reported and have the taxes paid on them. Maybe this is why there charging taxes. On the other hand I'm in texas and i didn't get charged for taxes. (I used to live in MA)

MA "Use Tax"

After reading your post, I did some googling and found this:

Some states, including Massachusetts, have a "use tax"; basically, you have to pay MA sales tax on items you purchased out-of-state. Interestingly, this law exists to discourage people from driving from Boston to malls in NH to buy stuff. The use tax does cover out-of-state online purchases; you're supposed to declare it on your tax return. Unsurprisingly, very few people do, but if you were to get a state audit, badness would ensue.

Who's planning to get a Wrapsol Original back with Power Support anti-glare front?

Getting either Wrapsol or Bodyguardz. Used Bodyguardz with my 3G. But dirt and grim get under the skin eventually.

Hence the warranty. ;)

Who's planning to get a Wrapsol Original back with Power Support anti-glare front?

I have a PS anti-glare front on my 3gs and it is my least favorite skin I have ever used. The "anti-glare" part is what I think is the bad part. The screen looks washed out and it really doesn't seem to block any more glare then any other screen protector. I would never purchase that skin ever again.

This is the way I'm leaning but I'm not sure that I want to cover up that beautiful new screen with an anti-glare screen protector again. The SGP oleophobic screen protector sounds like it could be a nice balance between something that isn't a fingerprint magnet and something that doesn't completely wash out the screen. Only problem is that I swore I would never buy anything from SGP again after a past experience with their customer service:(. Not sure what to do.

This.. but with the crystal PS front.

Although their CS is telling me the iPhone 4 will now be front and back, not available with just the front.

Seriously? That sucks if it's true because I'm sure it will be more expensive.

Was going to order Wrapsol, but they aren't going to delivered on the 24th. I went with PhantomSkinz. I use it on my iPad (matte finish) and love it! I think I will stick with PhantomSkinz for iP4.

Who told you that? The email I received after purchase said it would be shipped the 24th.

Also... their most recent twitter update: http://twitter.com/wrapsol.

Just one. Kind of expensive at $25 for just a set.

Not really. Given the lifetime warranty, what's the point of two sets? You're buying a high quality film. Nothing compares to Wrapsol. I guarantee it. You're buying a $300 subsidized phone. $30 is well worth it.

just cancel my ZAG invisibleSHIELD order and went with the Regular Wrapsol kit!
was worried about the orange tint that the invisibleSHIELD puts out over time

Good call. ;)

Have you tried another company that makes matte finish, or you just saying this? I have tried BSE, Bodyguardz, PhantomSkinz, Wrapsol and Zagg. I would say out of all them, PhantomSkinz and Wrapsol are the best. In my opinion PhantomSkinz cuts are a tad better. They leave less area uncovered. Like I said, just my opinion.

I believe he meant that it won't be in our hands on the 24th, which is true (they start shipping on the 24th). Most of us probably won't get them until the 25 or 26th at the earliest.
