You are correct again the iPhone is capable of using FaceTime which almost all iPhone users utilize. And iPhone users can use whatever other platform they choose. And your right android and the note 9 simply cannot.

Yes your right note 9 and android are extremely limiting compared to the iPhone and iOS, which does it all.

Last I checked, the iPhone screen has more usable area because the notifications, signal strength, time, and so on my Note 9 takes up that space at the top that the iPhone instead has a little space to put it in on both sides of the notch. So in reality, the Note 9 has less usable space on the screen.
Touch ID? YES! - Haha, I do miss Touch ID, but it is less secure than FaceID from Apple.
Iris scanner AND Touch ID? YES! Still less secure and annoying to use. I turned off Iris scanner as it didn't work well.

Go for Note 9.

The Note 9 has serious Camera issues that have yet to be fixed by Samsung since the Note 9 has been out.

FaceID is not a gimmick. Don't even try to go there. The notch isn't either as it was a requirement to do what Apple needed. And others copied.

OnePlus just ditched the headphone jack on their latest phone. Isn't that interesting.

Yes and spens are Breaking on thier own or after the note 9 takes a fall.

lol i love the goal post moving. the fact that you have to download third party apps just to fully communicate with anything other than an iphone makes it extremely limiting and frankly embarrassing.

I can use whatsapp to communicate with every user. You have to use imessage and whatsapp in order to communicate with everyone. TWO APPS just to text/send pics. yikes...

I like owning the best screen out of any smart phone today. The XS Max per displaymate. The Note 9 has a great screen, but obviously the Max has a better one.

why would anyone want to have to use BOTH facetime and duo just to video chat? apple is about "it just works" remember? now you gotta go download all these third party apps? yep thats embarrassing. apple making things difficult on the user again. and charging a premium too lol

Yes I agree, Samsung seems to be having issues with manufacturing the iPhone X’s screen.
Probably why Samsung display Is losing 19% of operating profits yoy.

The note 9 actually costs 1250. But I agree completely inferior piece of hardware. I mean even the stylus is breaking.

It’s not a question of want.
Note 9 simply cannot and by your definition is inferior to the iPhone.

Yes I agree it’s embarrassing that the note 9 cannot do something as simple as FaceTime or iMessage, and the stylus keep breaking for a lot of note 9 users.

i'd rather my sylus break than not be able to make phone calls on a PHONE lol. 1500 for an ipod

Kind of funny that you have to use a non-stock app to do what you want which isn't even built into the standard messaging app of the phone. Oh my, so how is that different than iOS downloading whatsapp too? At least the iPhone imessage does everything and more than whatsapp does and its built into the phone and works for both iOS and Android but android misses out on the extra features because their messaging app sucks.

The screen is made by Samsung....OLED gives people headaches.

Antenna will happen on any phone that has the frame as the antenna. I saw it on my Note 9 when I held it.

Again, the screen is the best out there.

Not worth much even if the stylus was good. The prices have dropped by a lot.

well according to users on this very forum the screen looks like crap. and they aren't paid to flip on the "best display" after every release

a stylus is 50 bucks. how much does it cost to replace your crap antenna? oh right, 1500 LOL
