Xtrucase aluminum

Well, sadly I just can't deal with the signal loss anymore. I put my magpul case back on and my phone is so much faster. Wifi signal drop was more than expected with the xtrucase. So much so that I would lose connection in the outer rooms of my house. Sucks big time as I love the look and design of this case :(

That Sux! It must be your area! I still only lose -8db and i'm in the NYC metro area where "AT&T" signal is congested but i'm still good. Sorry to hear! :apple: "Antennagate" hits us again!

I tried it out for last two days, No service happened twice at my home where low signal area. Fortunately, it recovered very fast. I hope that it will be better after new pad arrive.

Now, I switch back to Vapor Pro White Edition with better signal!!

Ya sorry to hear, I haven't have any issues here. Guess it really depends on
the area & I have CDMA!

Hey Guys,

So i bought the green one for my sister's birthday and took a few pictures of it on my White iphone4S and i think it's really nice, just more for girls with the white. Thanks for helping everyone! As promised the Pics ;)

That sucks real bad especially cuz your setup is so dope! How much signal loss do you experience with the case on? Do you have low signal to begin with?

Yea at home my signal sucks but I'm always on wifi. The problem at home is my wifi signal was affected and would even jump connection quite often. As a result, that would kill my battery. Out and about it was ok but I would see 1-1.5 bar drop. I could just go naked at home but what's the point in that.

So are you going to return the case or put it on ebay?
 
hey guys, how's the paint job for the white casing? thinking of getting a white one but was worried it might turn out like the white vapor pro where the finishing wasn't very well done...

I received my matte graphite and just installed it. (Sorry, no pics right now as I'm exhausted).

I like the look and feel of the material. I'm a little disappointed in just how "matte" it is. I was hoping it would have a little more sheen or sparkle.

The cutouts all seem to be on target and you definitely get the feeling that the case is well made. I had no problems installing it.

I think it will provide pretty great protection, however I'm a little uncomfortable with the sharpness of the edges. It feels very....edgy. Lol. I know that doesn't make sense, but it is a pretty sharp angle and I think a slightly more rounded edge would be more comfortable.

Wifi is great, with no signal loss (crossing fingers). However, I have noticed a 1-2 bar drop on AT&T coverage here at home. Hopefully it's a fluke...

Keep us updated, I'm thinking about getting the stealth version. I usually only get 3 bars at home and 1-2 at school, work. I had to recently return the e13ctron case due to it killing my reception at places I get 2 bars without the case.

which version of the e13ctron did you get, the hybrid or the all aluminum?
