First call with it on = dropped.I currently have great wifi but only one bar.
Also, one thing I forgot last night...instead of getting a front and back protection film, I received 2 fronts.
I'll give it rest of today, but a little worried.

Hi FatChick,
Please email Sales@xtrucase.com for help regarding your product.
I'm sure they will assist!
Thanks
xtrucase
er the casing in my picture was actually an element case white vapor pro, not an xtrucase.
i was just wondering does the pearl white duo slider has this problem which i encountered with the white vapor pro, thus i put up the picture.
Fatchick,
You scared me for second and I thought that it was ours!
Luckily it wasn't
Our QC process is extremely high. Each piece is individually checked for defects.
Hope this helps!

it also looks like they didn't clean off the case properly before painting.. that looks like dust particles... i may be wrong though
Does anybody know if Element Case uses a hard coating to protect the paint? How does it hold up?
The XTRUCASE Pearl White is finished with an Ultra-Hard UV Coating. This is to protect the finish from scratches and mishaps... also to prevent the paint from discoloration too... If a finish is porous, the color will change due to oils, dirts, and other grime filling in
I received my matte graphite and just installed it. (Sorry, no pics right now as I'm exhausted).
I like the look and feel of the material. I'm a little disappointed in just how "matte" it is. I was hoping it would have a little more sheen or sparkle.
The cutouts all seem to be on target and you definitely get the feeling that the case is well made. I had no problems installing it.
I think it will provide pretty great protection, however I'm a little uncomfortable with the sharpness of the edges. It feels very....edgy. Lol. I know that doesn't make sense, but it is a pretty sharp angle and I think a slightly more rounded edge would be more comfortable.
Wifi is great, with no signal loss (crossing fingers). However, I have noticed a 1-2 bar drop on AT&T coverage here at home. Hopefully it's a fluke...

Emailed Xtrucase regarding the loss of signal and wrong protective films last night. Still no answer...

be patient, if you just emailed them last night then your not even giving them 1 day to answer back.

Hmm, i wonder if they start neglecting the quality since they are getting more and more popular nowadays. Even for my vapor pro royal purple the foams inside seems like has been put on by a person half asleep... all uneven![]()
I know!I've been in a customer service-based industry for 15 years so I'm a little impatient.
A question for those of you with the xtrucase. Are your cases completely tight or is there some play with the phone in between? I have both anti glare front and back and I find that you can move the slightly back and forth between the case. It's not a huge problem, but I wish it were completely tight. If I have some skin on the back I'm sure the problem would be fixed but I love the anti-glare feel and look.
The quality of the case isn't quite as top notch as I expected, there is a small line scratch underneath the xtrucase logo and the rubber logo easily popped out when I was simply examining the case. That said I still love it and it's still a great case. (I did have extremely high expectations to be fair). Most likely I won't be asking for an exchange since I had to pay 20 bucks for shipping and I doubt their going to pay that for me lol but do you think they could send me some more rubber guards to tighten the fit for free? was also wondering if I could get a different logo sticker I prefer that shiny sticker logo over the rubber one I think. I think all their old versions of the case had the sticker logo cover.
Still like I said I'm absolutely loving the case with no regrets. Definitely my favorite case ever and quite possible the last one I buy for a long time. I hope xtrucase can help me out a tiny bit here though since I paid premium for it!
Wirelessly posted
@xtrucase I would totally buy this if the duo sliders could mix and match the colors like in your earlier pics.
