Spoke with T-Force. The agent told me that they are aware of the issue for most T-Mo accounts and said that a fix is in sight. He himself is currently in the same boat as he has an employee account and cannot complete the pre-order.

This is super frustrating because there's no official timeline on the issue.

The only news I got from T-Mo was that because I got the 12 pro-max at launch (October 2021) I have only completed 11 payments. I went through citizens one last night and quickly made a telephone payment to get that 12th month completed last night, but I guess that this isn't the issue because all of us are going through these errors.
This is great to hear. Hopefully it’s fixed by tomorrow.
 
Doesn't seem like it, T-Mobile wants to know why Apple is blaming them. Apple said don't blame us.
Yup seems like a blaming game between the two. I hope that the T-Force agents are actually serious about the engineering team working on this. I am not even going to bother trying to pre-authorize IUP until I see some people on this thread say it worked haah

First time I'm doing this with IUP. So I'm sorta dumb founded at this. I'm on a Select Choice plan.

Okay, got it fixed. Same thing as others have noted, account was individual-GSA, a twitter rep changed it to individual regular and I was able to preorder right away.

From my experience “global partner” reps just read from a script, I don’t know the secret sauce on how to get someone from Virginia - every time I called from my phone I got a global partner. When my dad called from his phone, he got Virginia - with people who were willing to exercise their ability to think off script.
 
So mine finally worked! After all the messages saying this t-mobile account isn’t supported, which I have a T-mobile employee account . Something just said try it again for the 100th time & it was spinning for maybe 45 seconds then it said we can proceed, but there’s something you should know.It gave me that message which I attached then said I’m ready for the pre order on 9/17. So yes T-mobile customers can still be apart of the program & it’s no need to change your plans!!

I can confirm this just happened to me now! It went through, I suppose they are in the process of fixing this situation on the back end. Keep trying all!!
