youtube on powerpc?

    As we all know because of flash youtube runs poorly on any powermac.
    So i was wondering what solutions you guys have!

    Can you get VLC player on ppc? You could give that the youtube url and see how it plays?

    I use that for playing games to keep the window on top, so no idea if thats any help really? :/

    Did you try TenFourFox in conjunction with Quicktime Enabler?

    I don't believe that this will still work. The hack relies on a hacked version of the flash-plugin!

    Couldn't you use a User Agent Switcher with TenFourFox. That way it identifies itself as an iPad or iPhone and Youtube loads Flash free in HTML 5 instead. I haven't used PPC for a while and don't feel like dragging out one of my PPC devices to test it out.
