Congrats. :D

As hard as it is for me to see the Patriots go to the Super Bowl - they did what they had to do to win the game. Especially in a game where Brady wasn't at his best. The defense stepped up big time for the second week in a row - especially on the final series.

And what a bummer of a loss if you're a Ravens fan.

Thanks. :D

Sometimes it's just enough.

And yes, I don't have any special hatred for the Ravens, so I feel for their fans after that game. But someone has to lose, and I'm glad it wasn't us.

that was a lucky strip ... every NFL receiver should be able to secure that ball

There's no such thing as a lucky strip of a football. The fact is the Patriots made more plays than the Ravens, and that's why they won.

New England got double lucky at the end ...
the TD that was dropped and the missed FG when the kicker was 16 for 16

If not for the Ravens bad luck ... Brady watches the SB on TV

Do you think that is close, try being a 49ers fan right this second. We are 13-3 for season and at home at NFC title game and a team few thought would be here is pushing us into overtime.

I think all strips in football are luck based to an extent, i do think most times that is not a strip, and that receiver had very sure hands before, but what gets me is that if the receiver had gotten the ball on the 1yd line and the strip had happened inside the end zone it would've been a touchdown since he had control entering the plane of the end zone XD

At least they didn't lose after giving the ball away two times after punts like SF that ended up being the entire difference...

I thought this was cool - if you enlarge the pic, you can see the C-5 inbound on the Jumbotron. :)

Pats - NY 24-21 with Vinatieri kicking the game-winner as time expires.

NY shouldn't even get on the bus!

My early prediction for Super Bowl XLVI: Giants 24, Patriots 21--mostly because the Giants decide to do an "eat the clock" strategy with Ahmad Bradshaw and Brandon Jacobs running the ball a LOT with Eli Manning doing the occasional play-action pass.
