Would you mind posting a screenshot of where you're looking? I checked every single color profile and every single line, but no A0##'s to be found.

I am proud of my nudie ness! I had checked all the "profiles" without actually checking the main "color display" heading, lol! Here's what I got:...picture...
This is 2017 15", Manufacturer 610, Model A030. Bought a few days ago from Best Buy, during -$275 discount event.
No bleeding, no clouding, but right and left sides are not perfect. I'm not sure what to do with it, I'd like to return it but I wonder if I can get a better screen in reality. Took this photo at 60% brightness.
Too bad.A030 in my experience are all having pink tint on left side, but the backlit is more even. and less eye strain feel.
A031 have backlit uneven across the entire panel with dark patch at random area on the screen. More overly yellow tint, but still uneven tint from left to right in a pretty dramatic amount.
Here Apple MacBook Pro 13 TB 2017
With
A034
Maximum Brightness
Just want to check if this can acceptable or not?
Thanks
Sorry again for this duplicate checking i just want to know another opinion. And thanks again for you recommendYou started a thread a thread on this issue earlier today. Only you can decide what's "Acceptable." Your display to me looks riddled with backlight bleed and I would not approve of it in its current condition if it were me.

From my experience, A031 have worse uneven tint issue than A030, but more A030 have pink tint issue on the left side.
Here you go.Hi guys, just bought a 2017 TB 13inch and while theres no backlight bleed or banding, parts of the screen appear to have different hues than others. E.g. right side looks a little darker etc. I was wondering where I'd be able to get that 16 trees picture to be able to assess it a bit better to see if its worth returning. I have an A033 btw. Cheers
What you guys think about my 15"?
What you guys think about my 15"? Screen was 100% and model is A031

And Backlight bleed test in 100% dark room and 100% brightness
What you guys think? There is tiniest bit of bleed in the bottom....
Yeah I am not sure should I keep this or not..... There is a little bit of Backlight bleed at the bottom.... It isn't flashlight evect but idk.... If somebody with 15" could report that can I even get better screen...? Is there a change for that?

And yes, there is a bit of red tint on the left. (noticed it when writing this)
E: Allready packed it up and tomorrow going to bring it back. There is always going to be backlight bleed on LCD screen. But for the product that costs 3400€, it's too much. It would bother me for the rest of the time i would use the laptop. (Going to order second one tho)
Offtopic: But... For the 1 day i used Mac for the first time ever. I am ascended. More than 15 years i have been using Windows, and the first day i got the Mac i feel like there is no going back to windows laptops..... "It just works like you wanted it to"
Regardless of how many you exchange, the uneven tint issue is going to be there for 2016-2017 model.
The only way you can get a decent screen is 2015 model.
For some reason, no news sites are reporting this issue....
Seems like they purposely ignore this problem. You couldn't find it anywhere in front page, but the forums are exploding with all these threads.
Mine is A033 and it's yellowish on the left and bottom left sides and a little dark on the right border. Looks a little pink on the right side, and I would say the overall colour temperature is quite warm/yellow. Considering returning it but a bit worried the next one might be worse (this one has no backlight bleed or significant banding at least). Are there any legitimately good screens out there? Are the A034s pretty perfect or is that a myth too?
Same. I'm usually very sensitive to this kind of stuff to the point where I would notice just browsing the web without specifically looking at an all white image.2017 13" Non-touchbar with A034. Good uniformity and looks great overall. Loving this laptop so far.
