I got the same message. Not a good sign. I had hoped it had made it out of Shanghai and was on a flight straight to Memphis (FDX90D). Now I am not sure what is going on. Will be anxious to see what they do about this "exception." Still hoping to get my MBA on Thursday as promised. Apple still says it will arrive on Monday April 13. Maybe they know more than FedEx knows. Keep your fingers crossed it all works out.

2020 Macbook Air order status

I hope this isn't some sorta omen that I won't get FF7R on Friday from Best Buy. Fingers crossed some new thing this week!
My MacBook Air went from China to Incheon in Korea to Anchorage to Louisville and then Chicago. It shipped on 3/31 and made it to me on 4/3, the last day of my original order estimate. Apple re-estimated April 9, and UPS initially estimated 4/6 when it shipped.
Funny after I complained about the delay, now my MBA just got charged to my card, so it will likely ship tomorrow and deliver early next week.
It looks like we're both upgrading from the same MBA 2013 to the same configuration MBA 2020 and we have the same delivery date.
Mine left Korea yesterday, changed planes in Germany during the night and arrived in Madrid this morning. Thursday and Friday are public holidays here, so I guess it'll be delivered on Monday 13th. I'll be using it for online classes on Zoom for about 5 hours a day, preparing classes using PPT and Word, and watching Netflix, YouTube and surfing the net the rest of the time. Can't wait, but at the same time, hoping that fan noise and heat aren't going to be an issue.

I've just checked again, however, and UPS have it set as delivery on the 15th, so we shall see! 'EPZ' in China seem pretty efficient, they've apparently cleared customs and done the departure scan all within an hour.
My UPS status hasn’t changed since last Wednesday- “shipment information received”. Delivery Ireland. No ETA or current location from UPS.

Same here — ordered on 26 March, status updated to shipped on 1 April and my CC was charged. I guess DHL is waiting for a shipment in the Netherlands...

Same. Shippment info recieved on 4/1 sitting in netherlands...nothing since...to UK
It's very quick once it gets to Holland. I had the notification of shipping on the 30th. It arrived in Amsterdam on Monday 6th at 16:00 and was delivered to my house in the UK yesterday (the 7th) at 10:00, only 18 hours later.

Well, they have finally charged my card, order was placed on March 29 so it took them 9 days to do so. Delivery date all along has said April 17-24. Guess I will ride it out at this point.
from the date I placed order until tomorrow (expected delivery date) it took 3 weeks. given a couple days delay we had with payment issue,my guess would be you are looking at about the 17th. Probably 1-2 days for preparing to ship and then another 4 days before it leaves China. Once it gets to your nearby center, 1-2 days.
Nope, looks at the time, it’s not in chronological order. It’s not back in China 😂
Ordered i5/512 space grey yesterday. Estimated delivery date is April 15-22. It can come later I’m in absolutely no rush.
