For those who have successfully downloaded the file and run it, what is your file size for the zip?

I've tried editing the hosts file on mac, and ive tried holding down home continually. No luck. Only other method I've seen is to restore then try. I really dont want to restore... any one else have any ideas?

I have no idea.. I'm not even *ABLE* to restore, iTunes isn't letting me. I'm trying to update iTunes now.
 
Running Greenpois0n for the second time is what fixes the issue. The comment line has nothing to do with it. After the initializing hang, power down the iphone, power it back up and relaunch GP and follow the process again. It will finish and complete the process.

I've tried that process several times )-: If I reboot the phone and relaunch GP then it just does the initializing screen again....
 
Can you rejailbreak if you have the tethered jb already or do you need to do a fresh JB?

When I run it a second time I get the initializing screen, but it continues to run the exploit and eventually boots into a jailbroken environment. This method has worked for me twice so I don't know what to say if it isn't working for you.
 
If you are stuck on the initialing step, try this as it worked for me.

**Keep holding the home button through the 'Not Found' errors**

As in, don't let go of the home button until you see the verbose start up.

I can't launch greenp0ison. I'm getting this error. Plz help.

Incompatible library version: greenpois0n requires version 6.0.0 or later, but libcurl.4.dylib provides version 5.0.0
 
Open GP via terminal. Let it run, you'll get the initialize error.... do NOT reboot the phone, let it sit for a second. You'll get some code running on your machine and it will eventually reboot to the apple logo turning to a skull logo. It will then reboot again and voila! loader on the home screen!
 
so I installed green poison and cydia downloaded and when it was done installing the icon is only half a cydia icon, and now when i launch cydia it just bombs right after i click the icon.... ideas? It won't let me redownload it as it says it's already downloaded.
