Guess for some people it makes sense to be afraid to go to a hospital when most others are at home, so it's relatively safe instead of hospitals being overloaded hotspots so they can't go there at all. It's true that businesses are shutting down now that pushed bills from one month to the next, because they were never profitable enough to survive long term. Other businesses are doing great and are expanding in this crisis. No mentally stable person would commit suicide. Those who are mentally unstable need help to begin with, start by support via video conferencing. It works somewhat well in other countries, you know.
