You need to escalate to a supervisor.

They are aware of this thread and will not be giving away bumpers for free to you freeloaders anymore. Sorry brah!
There is no freeloading about it... they messed up, they need to fix it. Some of us rely on these phones for a business... they need to work.
I got all mine free... but IMO it's the least they can do for the hassle... it's the "right" thing to do, and the did it as far as I'm concerned... I'll remain a customer.
You actually paid 599 for an iPhone!? It's nice, but not worth that amount of money.
jherb, try this for me if you would. Stand you Ip4 on its side (volume buttons up). Now rest a nickle across the seam. Do the bars drop off? This will tell me if your phone has some sort of insulation my phone doesn't have.
Thanks, Andy
For someone who has tried to call 3 times and have had the same company line spoken to them, I simply cannot believe that some people have gotten cases and others have not. I have been a loyal apple customer for years as well. Unless you are willing to part with a case # or have an email contact for a supervisor who promised you case... then it's just simply too hard to believe that some are getting cases and others aren't.
Sorry you feel this way.
I have a case ID, email, and contact phone. I won't be sharing that though.
Good luck to you.
I have 6 phones. It was free cases or returned 6 phones. They're choice.
I talked with customer relations supervisor, NOT customer support. If that helps.

I see you don't want to share case, email and contact info, thats your choice. Forgive me for continuing to feel skeptical about this. The company line is no cases. I honestly don't know what more I could have said to get a case (I told them about my numerous apple products, etc). If what you say is true, this really does piss me off.
I understand your feelings. But company policy is what jobs says, not a customer service rep. And a normal rep at that.
I see no need to allow people to reference my case number, or bombard the relations supervisor who helped me.
Again, I'm not the only one getting cases obviously. Good luck to you.
I tried it all and have come to the conclusion that NO ONE is getting any free cases by calling Apple.
