Obama was infinitely better than Trump in most areas, but he made huge mistakes as well. So my reaction to this is Zzzzzz.

1. Libertarian+Green Party candidates are usually on the ballot too. They don't get much media attention, but the same applies to smaller parties in the Netherlands.
2. In the Netherlands, because of coalitions, you're even less sure what you're actually voting for.
3. In the Netherlands, the most important decisions are taken by the ever expanding bureacracy in Brussels. It's only slightly more democratic than Hong Kong.

Federal law enforcement paying an informant to obtain information about Trump campaign interactions with operatives of a hostile foreign power is not the scandal. As an artist myself, I know some of us do really offensive and controversial stuff sometimes (Chris Ofili “dung Mary” comes to mind) but you seem to be making a mountain out of a molehill. Somehow an artist’s work fits your narrative of Obama, so you run with that. What if the painting was of a black woman chopping off the head of another black woman?
I personally do not take works of art literal as I am a student of art. I have seen other works that got people up in arms and it perplexes me......it’s just art. Nothing more.

The sad thing is that you're 100% convinced you're right. Brain washing is happening to a big part of society and we're not doing anything about it. it's a very scary thing and while we're laughing at people like you, it's spreading further and further. Underestimating the far reaching consequences of media channels like Fox News.
We have now reached the point where constructive dialog is no longer possible because we're not living on the same planet anymore. We can't debate facts because Fox News does not do facts, and Trump discredits all other media every chance he gets.
How much further will this polarisation go? America is very sick at the moment and I don't know if there's a cure anymore. You all have gone down a very slippery slope.

The US liberated concentration camps but not death camps. People in the camp died and survivors were in very bad shape, but they weren’t the mass execution camps. They didn’t have death chambers. Those were all liberated by the Soviets.
Im curious as to exactly what policy Trump passed that had an affect on minority employment? Also Trump won the Ellis Island Medal of Honor from NECO, he hasn't won any awards from the NAACP. Not that it would matter. that wouldn't prove he still can't be a racist. It doesn't help the NAACP has called Trump's immigration plan racist. It's also ironic you talk about being embarrassed about lies while holding Trump up on a pedestal while the man lies on a consistent basis.

It would seem that with (nearly... yeah, Fox News and talk radio excepted) all of the media tilting in one direction that there is still a strong enough sentiment to elect a majority in the House for 20 of the last 24 years, and candidates who identify themselves as "conservative" for the 3/7 of the presidential elections during that timeframe.
Even more shocking is for the last 40 years, the one candidate that identified himself as Conservative won in 1980, and when he governed so, had the largest electoral victory in 60 years, and it was kept from being a sweep of all 50 States by 2,000 votes in the other candidate's home state of Minnesota.
So, let's get to specifics... name a show where the protagonist is not written so that they are a left thinker, or that Conservatives are caricatured into weirdos, or mocked.

So much so, I don't feel a need to point out the discrepancies, your response would be just another back and forth between political points of view. Fact: the entire apparatus of the justice department under the Obama administration is under investigation and has been found to have engaged in much worse crimes than anything Trump has been acused of. I agree though that a US president won’t be held accountable for any of it (though he is almost entirely to blame for allowing it to happen).
Also, the only people who seem to know what the talking heads on Fox News are peddling are the anti trump posters. I find that to be pretty funny. Conservatives know Fox News is a joke, there are other outlets to get information from that aren’t nearly as sensationalized when presenting the information that the liberal sided media is trying desperately to avoid covering.

What have they “been found” to have done? And who exactly “found” it? And which of those items are “worse crimes” than conspiring with an hostile foreign government to interfere with an US election?

Google Investegator General Horowitz and you will likely find some information on it. Seriously though, I’m not some die hard Trump supporter, but this **** is dangerous to our democracy. The Obama justice department engaged in some seriously corrupt **** and it is beginning to surface through these reports that have been sent to congress and should be released to the public in the coming weeks.
If these same behaviors had been done by bush administration officials when Obama was preparing to take office people and the media would have lost their minds. But because you don’t like Trump you are willing to turn a blind eye to some serious corruption. That’s really disturbing. I hope you can realize the country is better off without corrupt officials from either party tampering with our democracy.
