It really looks like that bottom section can slide off... I wonder what would be in there that you'd need to get access to? Any ideas?
I don't really get why there's a break on the top though, by the headphone socket... Really looking forward to WWDC. There's so many things they could potentially announce there, although I'm betting it'll be all about the iPhone again...
The Break at the top helps you to identify the location of the headphone socket by touch alone, useful in the dark and for blind users.
Dear June:
HURRY UP.
Wow I cant wait to hold this thing...
Hmm, nice idea... but surely blind users would be able to identify the location of the headphone socket due to it being a hole in the top of the phone?
i imagine blind users are not high on the demographic list seeing as its nigh impossible for them to use a touch screen device with no tactile respone
Makes me think this whole thing has been planned by Apple. An elaborate publicity stunt..![]()
the back camera is different
I never noticed what I assume is an LED/flash next to the lens before... that'll be useful!
The features exposed by iPhone 4.0 betas have included not only a flash but a torch function. The way i understand it is that if you are shooting video the led will remain on, like a torch.
Maybe you can remove the bottom to add more storage space? Unlikey, but we can dream right??!
Guess this means I'll have to get a new iPhone dock too...
Keep dreaming, Apple's in the business of getting you to upgrade to the bigger model. Also every ipod and iphone has necessitated a new dock, why should this be any different?
there you go: http://img121.imageshack.us/g/460012637709d41f9760m.jpg/Would LOVE to load the site to see all the pics... but it's down. Surprise, surprise.
Mirror anyone?
Yes this is totally planned by Apple, it's so obvious.
