Apple One Marked as Expired for Some Customers and Other Billing Issues Emerge as 30-Day Trial Ends

This morning they took the money, then immediately refunded it
now I have an expired subscription
if I loose any iCloud data because of this I will be pissed

Glad I'm not alone in this. I subscribed to the Premiere, but was still billed this month for my Apple News +, Apple Music Family, 2TB storage, etc. I guess I'll have to chat with Apple Support.
like many of you my Apple One is showing as expired. I don’t have any of my old subscriptions active - music, iCloud and so on. Yet everything bar Apple Arcade is operating as normal, though I can still play AA games I’ve downloaded.
I’m not going to get in a hissy about it, I’ll give it a day or two to see if they sort it out automatically, if not, I’ll just re-subscribe.

My card has just been charged again (prior charge was refunded immediately) and everything is looking normal now.
I was super nice with the chat rep, but it was frustrating because he kept saying it was a problem with my bank.
Apple literally pulled money from an unrelated subscription this morning.They then placed a pending charge for Apple one and then removed the charge.
I don’t think this issue has been communicated very well internally yet. Might need more people to report it.

Be patient, folks. After all, Apple is having to deal with dozens of customers here. It's no surprise that their support infrastructure is overwhelmed!
Good job Apple. So I had my family plan active, switched to Apple One as soon as it was released. Today? I was charged for Apple Music Family Plan, all of our playlists and music are GONE and I am going to throw this useless paperweight at your HQ. Do you guys even QA anymore? I mean seriously.
Happened to me this morning in the UK on a Premier trial.
When I subscribed to it for the 30 day trial it instantly cancelled my Apple Music sub and gave me a pro-rata refund. A couple of other freebies (Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade) will get rolled into Apple One today apparently.
Then today a £29.95 charge and very soon after a £29.95 refund. Nothing to do with PayPal as using a debit card. Apple One trial is still active.

ITS SO BUGGY to get the premiere started for a family. Currently by brother who was in a family cant disband his current one to join mine because his phone is stuck on my invite when he goes to tap on family settings it says you cant join "name's" family because you are already part of one...... thats where he needs to tap to end his current family....ughh apple get this fixed
I’m currently chatting to support as I signed up for Apple Arcade on my daughter’s iPad for which she is party of the family sharing of my apple one account - or so i thought... just been charged for an Apple Arcade account for her.
I was just charged for premium automatically 2 minutes ago on my Apple Card after previously showing expired. I planned to give it some time before reaching out. All of my services seem to be functioning normally so perhaps the fix is rolling out
This whole subscription thing is not very user friendly from a consumers point of view.
Update on this: The Apple One sub moved from Active to Expired. 2TB of iCloud storage still active etc. Subscribed again to Premier and instantly charged. Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade freebies now disappeared.
All good here it looks like but something DEFINITELY screwing up for those that did the month free trial.
