I had to manually process as re-sub to Apple One and then my individual Music and iCloud subs got rolled in. Everything seems to be in order now.
You forgot to mention that Apple Engineering gets back to you on average in about 45 years.Folks, I've just finished talking to a Senior Advisor. She assured me there is no issue with Apple One because if there was, she would have heard about it because Apple talks to over 1 million customers an hour. Plus, she has worked for Apple for 60 years and has never heard of this kind of issue. So, to troubleshoot this Services issue, you'll need to follow the standard steps: First, restart your Apple Services by holding the power button. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you'll need to Force Reboot your Apple Services by quickly pressing the Apple Services volume buttons and holding the Power button. If the issue persists, you'll need to Erase All Content and Settings on your Apple Services ONLY. It is very important that you don't do this on the device itself, just the Apple Services. If the issue persists, they'll escalate to Engineering. Engineering will need a full Apple Services Diagnose, with Mail logging enabled of course, and they'll get back to you within 24 - 48 hours. As always, be sure to keep your Apple Services up to date.
Had some weird payments today, the money was taken 3 times and returned twice. Everything is showing as active. Surprised my bank didn't call and ask what is going on.
You should see the stack of punch cards one had to load to get the latest Apple Music track to play.Ah yes the 60 year old company created in 1976
I'm getting the same error. Music, News and 2GB iCloud storage seem to be working fine, but Arcade is not. I had subscribed to all prior to Apple One Premier on October 30.Also experiencing the issue where apple one says it’s expired. I wasn’t on a trial plan as I had paid for premier last month and then it consolidated all my subscriptions. I was charged for the renewal last night, when I go to the expired apple one subscription and try to renew it I get the “This item is currently being modified” pop up. I have lost access to Apple Arcade and checking the storage plan for iCloud says I am now on the 5GB plan, Apple Music seems to still work but I’m unsure about the others. Apple support said to wait a day and see if it gets resolved.
My issue is backwards - my Apple One sub is fine (shows Dec 30 as my next renewal) and was charged appropriately, but my iCloud was downgraded, and I had to re-subscribe to iCloud storage (2 tb) again and was charged, when I was just charged 10 days ago for it. Anyone else have this issue?Update on this: The Apple One sub moved from Active to Expired. 2TB of iCloud storage still active etc. Subscribed again to Premier and instantly charged. Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade freebies now disappeared.
All good here it looks like but something DEFINITELY screwing up for those that did the month free trial.
