I still don't get why you would sign up until at least Apple Fitness launches, and might even be worth waiting until February when AppleTV+ starts costing.

I currently have the year plan of Apple Arcade which is $4/month, $10 for 2TB storage, and $15 for family music. Sure, I'm saving like a dollar a month but I've already paid for Apple Arcade so I'm technically only spending $25/month right now.

Plus the roll out of AppleOne has been buggy. Best to let them work out the bugs. Last thing I want to do is spend an afternoon on the phone with Apple support trying to fix subscriptions lol
 
Not only is my One Premier showing as expired, but also:

- my 12 Pro Max isn’t showing up under subscription at all (it’s via iPhone Payment Plan if that matters)
- my 11 Pro that I traded in was active (and I was charged)
- my store balance is suddenly $0, despite me knowing there was plenty in the account

I had Apple Music and 2TB iCloud Storage... I wanted to get News and Arcade for many weeks now... Apple One gives me all this for less $$.
 
If this goes tits up, will I lose all of my Apple Music data (playlists and so on?). I might have to renew now and swallow the charge because I don’t want to risk it.
 
Subscribed to the Premier plan on 10/30, billed $29.95 and in the description shows as automatic renewal. Apple saw recent charges for iCloud, Music and Arcade and refunded those charges when signing up for Apple One. Today see its shows as expired and that my Visa attached to my account was charged and then refunded 29.95.  Music is still working properly and playlists are still there, iCloud is still showing 2TB, Family Sharing still showing, and TV+ working. Apple Arcade whether on the iPad or  TV shows cannot connect with the retry button when I press on any game that shows Start Playing.
 
Hmm... Mine also says Apple One Premier has Expired today! WTF? I haven’t cancelled anything at all.

My iCloud storage is somehow set to 5GB Free tier! I was on the 2TB for months, and so far my files look intact. I really hope I don’t lose any of that data.

Apple Music continues to work
ATV+ continues to work

I’m just nervous about the iCloud storage though and data loss.

I was one of the folk who had separate accounts for iTunes and iCloud and had to to do the extra step of selecting which account I wanted to set the iCloud storage for.

Looks like this is really messed up. My iCloud storage graphic shows 2TB, but the upgrade options for iCloud storage show me on the 5GB tier.
Also, the subscriptions page shows Apple Music, Apple Arcade and ATV+ showing as Active and “will be included in Apple One Premier on 30 Nov 2020”, even though Apple One is now in the Expired section!


If this ends badly, Apple is going to get it as if it wasn’t for this thread, I would be none the wiser.

I am having the same issue. I just got off the phone with Apple support and they refused to admit that this is an issue. They said it was my fault and it must be an issue with my credit card. I resubscribed on the phone with him and there was no issue with my credit card.

They also said I will get refunded for the Apple Music, News, TV. Tomorrow that I paid for 2 days ago. I doubt it will work properly. Apple support has never been so bad.
 
They've taken £30 out 3 times already today and then refunded it 10 mins later.... I spoke to Apple Support and they told me it must be an error with PayPal (who I used to sign up) and I should contact them instead!
I changed my payment method to my Visa card and signed up to it again (as it was now marked as expired) and that has gone through, but I now have to wait a few days for the £90 to go back to my account!

So my first month of Apple One has so far cost me £120!!!!!
PayPal screwed me over too. Pulled from a non-designated payment method, over drafting my bank account.
 
I had the same situation with mine. I called support and they walked me through it. If yours shows as expired, click on it and choose your plan. If you have Apple Pay, it'll ask you to confirm through that and then all other services will be correctly bundled. It appears that the issue is that the automatic renewals did not work.

So if it’s expired, then the fix is to re-subscribe? Won’t that charge again?

If it's expired, it didn't charge you. I know because I have money in my Apple ID and the funds were only taken out once I resubscribed.

I keep going into my icloud account and checking for recent charges and no apple one charges are showing as pending.
 
I find that a bit idiotic to be charged full price when I have AppleTV + Free until February and Apple Arcade free for three months....

I had to re enrol into AppleOne

Exactly. The issue appears to be that automatic renewal was not turned on with the trial -- although it should have been. So, if it shows as Expired, choose your plan again and go through the process. That should work and you should only be billed once for the upcoming month, with "Next billing date: Dec. 30, 2020" showing.
 
On the phone with support now. She seems oblivious to what is happening. I just had her refund my Apple Music that was billed today and told her I would re-enroll in Apple One. What a mess.

Edit: She is telling me that Apple One is still active but the payment for Apple One is not going through for unknown reasons. She said there is no declined billing (I would hope not-I have ~$75 in credit) but that once Apple One billing is complete on their end, I should get an auto-refund for the music subscription. I'm not holding my breath.

Also, my balance dropped by $30, then went back up $30. I don't think they know what is going on...
 
I was told by Apple to just check back tomorrow and see if my Apple One Premier has been resubscribed, as it won’t work now when I try. I just get a message “item is being modified. Please try again later“.

I tried this, but mine says, "This item is being modified. Please try again later." Ugh. All services seem to be working, except for Arcade.

Have tried that several times and each time got this error message: This item is being modified. Please try again later.. Cannot access apple arcade on any device, storage shows as 1.74 tb available but when I look at my storage plan it shows I'm on the 5gb plan. I even tried canceling apple one and choosing individual services and THAT does not work. Clearly major issues on their end.
 
OK so I re-subscribed successfully... I checked back on my purchase history and on 30 Oct even though I had subscribed to Apple One it hadn’t charged me. Re-subscribing has now fixed all of the borked UI inconsistencies so I;m not hoping i get refunded pro rota for the individual items I was charged for a few days ago.
