downloaded in about 5 min on Wifi for 4S. Preparing update now..

Wow...my download went from 1 hr to 3 hrs down to 45 minutes then back up to 1 hr. Can't wait for that last "minute"! But I believe the wait will be worth it.

Downloading & Installing now, OTA (via WiFi) in Austin, TX Fluxuating between 25 min left & 2 min left, on an iPhone 4. I know I don't get a lot of the spiffier features, so we'll see how this works.
