I have heard there are issues with iMac's with Fusion drives, has any one successfully upgraded to High Sierra with a Fusion drive?? I am reluctant to update my 2015 iMac as i have a 3TB Fusion drive. Appreciate the feedback!

A Fusion drive won't be changed from HFS+ to APFS. Other than that, you'll be fine.

I managed to grab it immediately in the UK, 4 minutes to download. Reporting 41 minutes to install. A few graphical glitches with a 5k screen but appears to be fine now.
Same here. 41mins currently showing on the installing screen.

2016 MacBook Pro.

Anyone know how APFS works if I've got a SSD in my MBP and am backing up to an external spinning hard drive? If it supports SSDs only, what file system does it use on the backup drive? Or have I missed something?

Consistently, the answer has been that there's no problem with HDD-based HFS+ backups (including Time Machine) of SSDs running APFS. Data is data. One drive stores it one way, one the other, but it'll be OK. If you have to do a restore from the HFS+ drive back to the SSD, the OS figures it out.

High Sierra can be found when you open the App Store app, and it is one of the Featured Items.

On the GM build I had issues with Outlook Mailbox App working? Anyone know if this has been resolved with this build or if I'll still encounter the same issues upon download. Much more convenient to manage multiple emails in the Outlook App.

Your spinning hard drive would remain on whatever file system is currently runs, probably HFS+.

I cancelled the download and restarted the download process. Now it's downloading much faster.

Can I just do a Option-Command-R to do a clean install from the internet? Has the online install from Apple been updated yet?
