I never used emojis, nor would I. I think it be uncool for someone my age to use them anyway.

My mom is a little younger than you and uses them, appropriately of course. Maybe you need to get more friends/family to talk to you in the modern text world. I use a few only, but I do use them for texts and whatsapp mostly.

What does this one do? Is it included in the Delta updater?

It's just like all the other firmware updates that come with os x updates since 10.10.2.

All deltas and combos since 10.10.2 are accompanied by a firmware update.

Whether it is "included" depends how you download it.

If you get it via the MAS, they are separate installers that download simultaneously with the os x update.

If you get it via apple's software download webpage https://support.apple.com/en_US/downloads then they are "included".

If you download the direct link from the swcdn server then you have to remember to download the firmware update too. If you do it this way, install the firmware update first before installing the os x update because only the latter requires a restart.

Apple are you done with adding emojis?

Apple don't control or own Unicode. Unicode does and they do the updates. Apple just added the update, as it should've. If they didn't people like you would be whining about that too. Can't win in your world.

What the f&*K is wrong with Apple??!!! For the second time, El Capitan has screwed up my mail! This time all my saved Mailboxes that hold my Mail Archives are GONE in the Mail program. I went onto the disc to my Library and found them there, but why are they not available inside Mail. I am trying an import, but there is no reason in Heaven, Hell or Earth that this should happen! JEESH!!!!!!!!

Is this a bug or feature?

When you enter Mission Control from an application NOT in fullscreen and you move the mouse pointer to display the thumbnails of desktops and apps in fullscreen, all the thumbnails will shift to the same side as where the mouse pointer is. They will get centered as soon as you move the mouse pointer away from that "bar".

It has been bugging me since 10.10 was released almost a month ago, I was hopping it would get fixed with 10.10.1 but now I don't know if it is a feature or a bug.

Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, the firmware update is part of the 10.11.1 updater. If you follow recommended procedure and install either from the App Store or the downloadable 10.11.1 update rather than the separate links, then it'll update firmware as expected.

Does it install firmware updates for things that require it, or is it some kind of an incremental thing that installs on any system which runs the updater? Reason I ask is that this is the first time I'm hearing of this firmware updater, and I'm not sure what kind of purpose it would serve if I'm running it on a 5+ year old system...
