Still not sold on Apple Watch. I don't like wearing anything on my wrist and I do not believe in buying a first generation ANYTHING.

You still have WiFi issue? What's your setup?

Late 2008 MacBook... the first aluminum one. Running the latest OSX. I don't have issues with it disconnecting just when streaming a file off of a remote NAS. Video stops for a few seconds occasionally but eventually starts again. It didn't used to do that.

My wife has a MacBook Air she got last year... when she wakes it from sleep the wifi doesn't reconnect on it's own.

maybe a new Apple tv hub.....announcing new home kit integration.....gaming integration.....showing how the new ecosystem works seamlessly when you have a watch, phone, tv hub, etc....

Hold on while I visit my favorite boating site and tell everyone how I won't buy a boat because I can't swim and don't like boats.

So, you are insinuating I am a hypocrite because I visit this site, but am not excited about the Apple Watch. You do realize Apple makes more than just watches, right?
I am much more interested in news related to macs and I hope there is more emphasis on that in the upcoming event.

Because traditional watches get slimmer every year? Watch iso as slim as many high end watches.

You're spot on. The watch is going to be a very different beast for Apple, and their consumers. We're trained to want everything in tech to be smaller, slimmer, sleeker, etc.

First and foremost this is a watch. It's a fashion piece and will be judged by many in that space. I don't wear watches too often, but I am attracted to the Apple watch, and am intrigued by it's functionality, which very well may lead me to buying one.

I keep hearing about the idea of upgrading the internals of the watch over time. To me that's genius. There's no reason to make this watch smaller or slimmer, so as their all in one "SX" chip gets better, maybe they can just swap it out. My only question with swapping would be battery. If :apple: Watch 2.0 comes with double the battery life, that's a completely different issue.

Guess we'll all know soon enough...
