Possible but unlikely. Usually UPS flies a special plane full of iPhones. The UPS/FedEx split usually occurs with carriers shipping phones already in the US.

Not sure. Apple will allow a signature waiver. UPS will allow you to hold at a UPS store for pickup.

64g space gray and 64g silver/white shipped Sat, arrive Monday 9/23. I ordered around 8am Friday. Frankly I was shocked when I got the shipping notification considering at the time of order it said 7-14 days. Immediately after ordering I received notice that it would be 3-4 weeks.

So, my UPS order has both my phone number and my Apple order number listed as reference numbers. So you should be able to search by either of those. When they go live in the process....no idea.

I'd bet the UPS statement is accurate
