What bothers me is that Apple has decided to not use standard resolutions for their displays, regardless of the actual display size.
Display resolutions are not arbitrary, most content is designed to fit well known dimensions like 1280x720 or 1440x900 or 1600x1080 or Full HD and so forth.
I'd really like to see standard resolutions returning to the new iPhone lineup.
I'm pretty sure that both the iPhone 4 and 4S will be discontinued, because of the dock connector and the completely different manufacturing process.
The could introduce the iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S, leaving the original iPhone 5 as the compromise for backwards compatibility.
(The iPad could also adapt stanard resolutions. I don't think this would be a major issue).
