Makes me wonder if Apple P!$$ed off UPS to make them retaliate buy making deliveries super slow.
Mine finally arrived today but as I mentioned earlier, went to buy them in store on Friday instead. Therefore will be returning these ones now. BTW really hope Apple gets the Remote App updated to support the 4th gen, strong password input with the physical remote is painful, frustrating and a step backwards

Can't we pair bluetooth keyboards to the Apple TV? wonder if my old apple bluetooth keyboard that came /w my iMac will work.
When I track using the tracking UPS number it says my delivery has been rescheduled until tomorrow but when I login and use UPS MyChoice the status says out for delivery.......seems odd.

Apple remote doesn't work with ATV4 BUT that's not to say they will change that in the future. Yes it is a bit of a pain setting up Netflix etc
Couldn't find my Apple keyboard the other night, seen a few posts were we don't think ATV4 can use an Apple Keyboard.
I have been under the impression, after many dealings with UPS, that delivery has to be attempted at least once before the package can be picked up at the sort facility. Having known UPS from my life in the States, I was surprised to find how awful their service is in Canada. Don't even get me started on their brokerage fees.
When it comes to shipping stuff to my location in Canada, Fed-Ex, Purolator, or Canada Post is always better than UPS. I wish Apple can allow us to choose what shipping/courier we prefer for shipping at time of checkup. Hell, I'd pay an extra 10 bucks if I can choose Fed-Ex or Purolator...or even Canada Post.
I really hope they enable the Remote App soon, as I said long 30+ digit strong passwords using the new physical remote is real frustrating. Seems like a backwards step here as IMO the app could have been updated before launch to support the ATV4.

Feel much better about my order that still hasn't been delivered. I called in to customer care and the nice lady offered me an hdmi cable for free. I was able to get the iPad power adapter instead. Guess I'll have to return the one I bought in store instead of the online one.
Mine has finally showed up to my door in Toronto; definitely some mistakes made by UPS, but they doctor the tracking history to cover it up. After all that mess and saying it was going to arrive tomorrow after having its destination scan on Friday, it's here.
There might be hope for those of us in the prairie provinces yet for a tomorrow delivery. Looking at the scheduled flights (on the Flightaware.com page) out of Hamilton (Mt. Hope), it looks like there is a couple of Cargojet flights scheduled to depart early Tuesday morning. One is Hamilton to Winnipeg then onto Edmonton. There is also traffic from there direct to Calgary. If memory serves correctly, these were the same flights that the Apple watches were dispatched on in the spring. I don't know if these continue on to B.C. or not but it might be something to watch for.
I am still stuck on "Order Processed, waiting for UPS". Will update with anything further.
If the Apple watch was any indicator, the packages should be sorted and delivered by 7 PM local on Tuesday in the major centres.

Doubt it as my package departed concord, ON last week. If it was being sent by plane tonight, it would still be in Concord or Burlington right now.
Mine is still in Concord, ON, Canada since friday. Still says tomorrow morning but i highly doubt it now! What a joke!
It's a good chance yours will be sent out via plane tonight if your expected delivery date is tomorrow.
UPS tracker just updated to in transit...Kinda blows my air delivery theory out of the water eh? had hoped these would be shipped by air. On the bright side, if you stand on a milk crate, you will be able to watch the wagon train crossing out of Manitoba..
Mine is sitting in the Fedex depot awaiting pickup, I requested "Hold for Pickup" on Friday once I knew it was not going to be delivered until Monday. There was a small glimmer of hope that it might arrive at Fedex in time for pickup on Saturday, but Fedex sent it from Tennessee to another sorting facility in Indiana before shipping it on to Illinois. The Remote Loop was sent via Fedex in a separate package which just delivered today as well.
Went to the CC and finally picked it up!
Just in case anyone cares. I checked the serial number and my Apple TV was built on week 43. Which makes it 3 weeks old so I don't understand why they are taking so long to ship out. They're not all coming straight from China. They've been sitting in warehouses for a bit.

I placed my order first thing the morning pre-orders opened. Finally got notice today that a shipping label has been printed. Must have been hand engraved in granite.
