Personally don't see how this would be much more annoying than the notch it might be a bit lower but it's smaller. I don't watch a lot of video on my phone so not much of a concern for me, but if you do then an Android phone probably provides the best experience for that technically vs and iphone with a notch or pill.

Cause of the space all around it as opposed to it just being on the edge. It really stands out. It’s like someone smeared some dog crap on the screen. I just wanna wipe it off.

Anybody spotted that they’ve lowered the notch into the screen further and just changed its shape? It looks more intrusive than the notch did yet because it’s got 1mm or 2mm gap above it, it’s eradicated the hate the notch got lol.

EU and UK will most likely have a permanent loss of purchasing power on medium to long term as salaries can’t keep up.

Iphone is still more expensive here if you take out VAT and currency prices. Hopefully prices will come down when we have weaker USD again some time in the future.

I had one last december, not enjoyable at all. Most cars these days are fitted with crash detection/SOS already, and mine worked perfectly. It wasn't really life altering other than bruises for weeks and a fear of driving. Not to mention having to purchase a new car. It wasn't my fault, but it still costs money.

That said, I like that an iPhone will do it too now, you can never have too much redundancy when time is critical.

As a photographer, the line between phone cameras and DSLRS continues to shrink. Having a 48MP 14 Pro Max for on-the-go photos/vids while using a Canon R6 for everything else will be interesting to get used to! I use a 12 Pro Max currently and feel I can tell the difference between that and my regular camera more often than not. With a 14, we'll see how things fare!

A full sensor camera with a $2k lens and an iPhone are not even close.

What bigger than ever gap are you referring to? The price differences between comparable storage size 14/14 Plus and 14 Pro/14 Pro Max models is $170. The price difference between comparable storage size 11 and 11 Pro models was $300.

They are referring to the gap in features and hardware.

The prices did go up in every country except America. It's going to make people evaluate their upgrades I think. Not good at all and so many rumours suggested it would go up that I thought it might not.

Yeah I'm now noticing that even though the 128GB starts at the same price they added an extra $10 or so to Canadian models compared to the 13 Pro prices. I'm sure it's worse elsewhere.

Though I'm not surprised, Apple is generally quick to raise prices whenever they can.

I wouldn't think so. Seems more an outgrowth from the falling detection. That actually works too, I tested it accidently last year too.

I really do like that they take safety seriously enough that they do things like this. You never know, it may save your life some day!

Sure it's darker than Graphite, but how much darker? Purple and Black will be pretty popular.
