I gave a guy a Lyft ride and he has the sport Apple watch space gray, it was the first thing I noticed as soon as he got in and we spent the entire ride talking about it and apple.

I also just got coffee in downtown la and the guy working here has the black stainless steel one 38mm

I see quite a few around lately. At least 20 people at work have them - (out of like 300). See them occasionally while riding the subway and bus. I've mostly seen sports, though I've seen a few links and milanese loops.

Went to the 50th anniversary of The Grateful Dead at Levi's stadium a week or two ago and both Bob Weir and Phil Lesh ( original members ) were wearing Apple Watches with the Milanese loops.

Oh they were using iPad's too.

So, I have yet to see anyone else with a Apple Watch besides myself, so I guess mine is the necest I have seen? lol. Granted I have seen them on the Employees at the Apple Store (Damn then, they are why I returned my Sport and went with the SS haha)

But I am in Charlotte NC and have yet to see a single soul walking around with one. Makes me kind of sad :( <-- See!! LOL

I have seen one. The day after I bought mine the manager where we were eating dinner had the same model that I have. (SG Sport).

Thought I saw my first one today when getting off a ride at the amusement park in my town, but as it turned out it had to have been some other smartwatch, not sure which exactly tho. It had a dark, rectangular casing with a dark rectangular display which first made me think it was the Watch, but then when sneaking closer to have a better look I saw the underside of his watch was metallic in color and seemed thinner than the Watch as well.

Also, dude wore it on his right wrist... *shrug*

The guy in front of me at the drive through in McDonalds had one on. He didn't use it to pay for his food, though.

Thats the fun part when at a place like that and you use the watch to pay, the person taking the order is usually confused by what you just did lol

I have not seen any in the wild in my area (a rural county in the mid-Atlantic region). However, every member of my immediate family owns one, the rabbi at our synagogue owns one, and I saw a few in the wild when I was in Irvine, California for a family wedding.

I used one at McDonald's the other day, and all three cashiers were flabbergasted. One knew it was the Apple Watch, then all three started asking questions about it. (They were kinda cute, actually. If I'd been thinking, I would have asked for one of their numbers so I could show off texting and calling. Then again, they were probably high school students, so I guess it's for the best.)

I used it at another McDonald's recently, too, and the cashier was like, "Did you just pay with that? That is so cool!"

Yes, I know I need to stop going to McDonald's. But other eating establishments need to start supporting NFC payments, darn it!

I scanned my Apple Watch at a movie theatre for the tickets and the guy taking the tickets was blown away and said that I made his day.
