Saw one on a guy in Best Buy. That's it (apart from the Apple Store, which doesn't count). I've had several people notice mine at the office.
 
I've seen two. One was my hair stylist's husband's 42mm SS Link. The other was a nurse's 42mm WSB at the hospital where I work. I had a good time speaking with them about their experience thus far.
 
Was in Gatlinburg last week and saw one on a guy coming out of Kilwin's Ice Cream Parlor.
 
i have yet to see one. Only had one person ask me if I had a apple watch. It was a barista and she was all excited and said the last customer had one as well.
 
Spent a lot of time on trains lately with work and even though I've seen zero Apple Watches, I've seen loads of people notice mine.
 
I saw an apple watch sport for the first time in the wild, guy had the green band


Looked like a toy, so glad I went with the stainless steel
 
The gentleman next to me at Alamo Drafthouse had the green sports band on. We talked about it for a bit before the real previews started. I always drink beer during the movies at Alamo so it didn't take more than a few sips before I knew I had to turn it off because how often it light up on me. No biggie at all. I've had to turn off my phone with vibrations from group messages at movies before too cause it annoyed me.
 
I just saw one today. Aluminum 38mm with a white sports band. My co-worker commented on the ugly watch later, to be honest I agree with her. In my opinion, the aluminum watch doesn't look very good.
 
Had my first sighting last night. A man at an adjacent table in a restaurant was wearing the silver sport with BSB.
 
Here in the Bay, I see at least one a day. Went to Costco the other day and saw an older couple (60s) both wearing Sport Watches with the two halves swapped so each had a two tone band.

I saw a space grey sports watch a few mornings ago on the tube. Ironically it was on the same tube line (jubilee) as I saw my first Apple watch. I've now seen a grand total of two watches in the wild.

Heh. I was about to ask where you are seeing them. I don't hang out much around Central Park -- I work near Grand Central, and I've been spending my time mostly between 42 and Houston. No watch sightings down here!
 
I have not seen one in the wild, except for some people at the Apple Store.

Today for the first time I was noticed by a stranger. Guy on the ferry asked me "if that was the Apple Watch" This was in Canada btw. Not in the Netherlands (where I am from)
 
I haven't seen any yet. The employees at Panera and Meijer, where I first used it with Apple Pay, hadn't seen one yet either.
 
I just saw the first one today , a 42 SS with a blue leather loop bracelet.A friend of my daughter. Mine was probably the first one he had seen in the wild also because he looked surprised...especially when my daughter said that I was the geek in the family ;-)
