It's certainly not going to be some brand new product, because it wouldn't make sense for Apple to tell service providers "advised technicians to prepare for new product SKUs, new/updated product descriptions, and new/updated product pricing". So it's got to be an existing product line that has updated features and different pricing.
I can't imagine Apple releasing updated Intel Macs, unless they could do so at lower prices, in order to make them a bit more enticing against their own M1 Macs.
It's definitely not going to be anything in their iPhone lineup and I can't imagine it would be iPad related, given they already updated the non-Pro iPad line. Perhaps new iPad Pros, using new chips, 5G, perhaps mini-LED - at slightly higher prices?
The only other thing would be headphone related - maybe new AirPods?
