Apples cancels order??

Well I guess I need to just shut up...I just made up a web address like this:


asaasasa.apple.com and it said apple owned that site so that means it is just picking up the apple and not the first part so who knows

All I can see it worked for me, I entered the sales number in the title of the email telling there was a problem and my email, took me to a terms and conditions window that I had to accept, and I was walked thru this with a store employee at my local apple store. And a few minutes later I got my confirmation email saying my order has been accepted and being shipped July 14th.

You need to learn what a subdomain is. Shutting up may be best at this point since you (and others) keep spreading misinformation.

I tried again with the sales number and also got info cannot be found. Hopefully it is because I already agreed to the terms.

Hmmm I assume your email read something like this "Action Required for your Apple Order # 7XXXX"
 
to those who have had their ordered cancelled. at the bottom of order acknowledgement did you see this. im getting a bit nervous so thats why im asking

Yes, that is a the bottom of both my orders. One was cancelled anyway.

Yes, that was the email. Till i replied, I had no confirmation to my order or a way to check status, after I replied to this email in the apple store, I got my order confirmation with regular order number that I know can enter get a status for my order.

jons when you find the issue please post here. im hoping they ship tomorrow. it seems no one is safe until they ship. sunday here in the states will be monday in china. thats why im hoping they ship tomorrow

edit: did you also get the css email from att? thanking you for chosing att and the iphone?

Well I had literally one of the last orders before they changed it to a July 2nd ship date (mine still says june 24th) but I had to update my payment information yesterday because it got denied for some odd reason. I'm hoping I will still get a june 24th delivery date (so far still 'not yet shipped')

Yeah, after the ATT BS, I called Apple back, but now apparently they're closed. So, guess I'll have to wait for monday morning.

apple made a pre autho on my card a few days ago. but i spent more money and dropped below the cost of the phone. I quickly put more than enough to cover 3 iphones so i hope im cool. I think you will still receive on the 24th. im going to check my account to see if the charge stuck or dropped

sucks really bad. did you receive the css email from att thanking you for choosing att and the iphone?

My contract was up b4 the 15th so i was able to get the $199 pricing. i just be fine but you never know.
 
I just got this email one minute ago for two of my orders (out of 4)

I spoke with both Apple and AT&T multiple times, neither really know whats up. Apple lady tells me I didn't agree to the terms and conditions, but two of my four orders went through fine. Apple says call AT&T because they are the ones who denied the upgrade, AT&T knows absolutely nothing... they tell me to call Apple and its their problem.

were your upgrades early? or full $199 or 299 price?
 
My upgrade date still says I can re-up at $199 and I order through Apple with FAN account.
 
Now im nervous. I ordered 1 iPhone on 6/15 at 8:07am EDT and mine still says prepared for shipment with delivery on 6/24. I got an email from AT&T on 6/18 subject: Your iPhone CSS which basically says thanks for choosing AT&T and iPhone.

Think im fine? Ill be really annoyed if this order gets cancelled.
