Ok, I have been reading up on this up to page 94 so far, but wanted to post this now since I just got off the phone with AT&T help. Order specs for reference:
Ordered via Premier at 2:00 PM Central on 6/15
No email to confirm, just order # over the phone
$ temporarily deducted from BoA, then reinstated
Order status according to AT&T site:
In progress, 1 0 1 (been backordered the ENTIRE time)
Location: Abilene TX (2 hours from Ft. Worth)
Model: 32 gig Black
Order # online starts with EXTP
Just was told via phone-call that my order might be here 24th - 28th of this month. WTF. Why are others receiving tracking info etc for the same model, etc yet they ordered after me. Believe me, I tried to order using apple.com (I always do), but since its a business phone, I had to get my IT guy to order it for me, hence the late afternoon order. Any thoughts?
