**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

I have the same issues, but I have at least gotten a Shipping confirmation Email last night at 11:42pm from AT&T, just said it is shipping from their warehouse. I don't understand why if it is shipping the FedEx tracking isn't working? I just really want to know where my dang phone is so I know when to be home to sign for it.
 
I finally got through to the Premeir rep who "asssured" me that my phone would be delivered on the 24th. She said that my order was "in processing" yesterday, but this morning was put into the "completed"status, which means I have a phone, it will be delivered to my house on the 24th, and I should get my email giving me the tracking number. It's just going to take some time for it to make it all the way through the system. She says that if i don't have a tracking number and completed status email by the end of the day today, that I need to call back so that they can further investigate what's going on.

As it stands now, my status on the attwireless "order Status" page states 1 for backodered on all three items, and my Premeir status page states "In Process". I'm really trying my best to keep my cool, and they all fully understand my frustration level with their "first come first served" processing. If I don't get the information, and have to call back, I'm going to really push a credit on my account and see what they will do for me........

I call it pain and suffering......

well i called yesterday and the lady told me "there is no way to tell when your iphone will ship." i think she was probably tired of getting the same calls from everyone asking about their iphones lol.
 
Everyone keeps talking about FedEx. I ordered through AT&T premium, and my device is shipping with a UPS tracking number...
 
My order status pages have tracking numbers on them now! YAY! Although they haven't officially been entered into UPS's system yet, but the tracking numbers are there!

Too bad UPS delivers to my house between 4pm - 5pm, so I'll be waiting ALL DAY Thursday or Friday BOO!

I'm so envious of all of you that are getting tracking numbers. I ordered seriously 2 hours after preorders started(5am cst) on 6/15 on premier and I am still backordered. Can I just curl up in a ball now and die?(Not literally):(

NEXT DAY AIR SAVER? Cheapskates! I wanted it before I left for work. Now I'm going to have to get up early, pick up some ipecac on the way in, projectile vomit all over my office until they send me home. If it goes well I'll be home in time to sign for my package!

Sucks and I was there, just know that in a matter of like a half an hour that can clear to 0 and you can have a tracking number.

There seems to be a method to the madness at AT&T, while it doesn't work well in our favor in terms of feeling warm and fuzzy about our order, eventually it will work itself out and you'll get your phone.

Keep the faith brother!

Just got my tracking number (10 minutes ago)... ordered at 11:15am on the 15th, but it didn't actually hit the order status page until 6/16.

Mine now has a tracking number (FEDEX) and has already been picked up and shows in transit from TX. Delivery tomorrow by 3pm!! :D
 
Also just found out that mine will be delivered tomorrow by 3:00... assuming the statement is true and they actually are delivering early.

For the record, I was on backorder until yesterday evening until about 8:30 p.m. EST.

Premiere just updated with my tracking info. My other order placed around the cut-off point (through premiere, same account, though different order as shipping was different) is still backordered. Just wanted to let people know!

Updated shipping info. It looks like I will receive my iphone tomorrow by 3:00pm. iPhone is already on Fedex's hands and is shipping from their Fort Worth TX hub
Ordered via online Premier @ 9:30am on 6/15

Just got my tracking number (and I've been checking every 10 minutes all day).

FedEx, est deliver 6/23 3pm

Ordered via Premier website on 6/15 12pm EST.

Was on backorder until late last night.

Hang in there, folks. There's hope yet.

I understand where you are coming from, but since I am a heterosexual male (not that there is anything wrong with the gay orientation), I will give you a quick bro hug and we will move on from there. I have a good feeling about delivery though. Have faith.
 
I just heard there will be a congressional hearing over the iPhonegate disaster in the coming weeks.

President Obama wants answers. He has declared that there will be justice and those responsible for this catastrophe will be held accountable. He has not ruled out the possiblitly of criminal investigations and perhaps even Capital punishment for ATT and Apple executives who are found negligent.

The President will be addressing the nation tonight with the latest details on this emerging crisis. It is widely expected that he will be declaring a National State of Emergency at this time.

Come on people! Get a grip! This is only a phone and it is still 2 days before the promised launch date. There is no reason to panic yet (or at all). The same thing happened when I ordered my 3G two years ago. It said backordered from the moment the order was place until it was actually on the delivery truck being delivered 3 days later. Imagine if we could get so many people to be this passionate about something that actually matters in life.
