I agree. I think as soon as I get my tracking number, I'm going to cancel my order LOL. This is too stressful.

If you read back over the last several pages, there have been a LOT of Premiere orders that were previously backordered until very recently, then getting rapidly updated to Shipped with active tracking numbers stating delivery tomorrow. Hang in there, it sounds like in these late moments they're expediting the Premiere orders.
 
Actually, I think it'd be better if you didn't have a tracking number at this point because it looks like people who are just getting their tracking numbers are getting active numbers that have already shipped. Meanwhile, I was in one of the first batches to get tracking numbers and it's still not active in Fedex's system.

Mine are coming through UPS too... are you able to track yours on their site though? I am not able to yet.

Don't go by the regular AT&T order status page. I called and talked to a CSR and they said there are major issues with the order status page like you posted and to ignore it. Mine shows the same thing and he assured me that he could see on his screen that my order was completed and that mine and my wifes iPhone 4s were already on our account and ready to ship out.

Perfect, minimal bro hug will do, perhaps even just some sorrowful knuckles. Got caught up in my own self pity, but am better now.

Got off the phone with ATT customer service and they insist that my order is being processed by their warehouse and every thing is fine for the 24th. We'll see...

Same here, also my friend who ordered about an hour after me (I ordered at 5:50AM) on the 15th just got his tracking # earlier today and it works and says his phone will be delivered tomorrow. WTF?

UPDATE:

I just called Fedex and they said the package is scheduled to move out tomorrow and hasn't been scanned in yet and thats why I cannot pull it up on their site but he couldn't tell me an actual delivery date.

Our orders are still as similar as last night, cdawg. No changes here either; still backordered, still without a tracking number.

Haha... well that is definitely a positive message. I am going to believe them until they betray that trust. If that phone doesn't come by Thurs tho....

I am in the same staus too. At this point, I just want to know it will ship in 2010. Just give us a date already :D

lucky! My tracking #s aren't found in the UPS system.... though I know they were just added to my account this morning because I checked last night and there were no tracking #s, sooooo we'll see.. thanks!

Ok guys, my tracking number just showed up (still says in progress though).

I ordered a 16GB in store at 7:45 PM.

Peace out, now will ebay this :) and wait for the white one to upgrade the other line in the family plan.
 
AT&T Sucks

Wow, just talked to a CSR at AT&T Premier. I ordered the phone on the 15th at 9:20am CST. I told her I should have some info by now but I am still showing up as backordered. She then put me on hold to find out what was going on and came back to tell me that it will ship out "soon" and I should have it no later than the 25th. I know its only a day but seriously, WTF!?! Lots of people ordered way after me and are getting their's tomorrow possibly. I hope she's wrong and I get a surprise email saying I'll have it on time. This is the last time I order from these losers...
