Did you order Mobile Insurance?Anyone know what the heck this is?
I work in the music industry and I have a show that day, I wish I had the day off.
*fingers crossed they deliver it before noon*
we all know that wont happen lol
Mine just went to "Preparing to ship". SG 8+ 256 ordered 12:13AM from AT&T website.
Im an apple upgrade person. When you look at the apple page it says "AppleCare + included". Uhhh we still have to pay for it right?
I believe it’s for if you’re doing a trade-in that’s probably the return box or somethingMine says the same thing! I'm curious what it means.

If I remember right, the 6S+ on ATT had 18 month or 20 month options, where the 7+ had the 24 Month option for Next Every year, as I did that last year. That may be why the 8+ & X would be cheaper a month since it's paid over 24 months, instead of 18 or 20.I just ordered the 8+ 64gb on the 24 mo. plan. My payment went down $5/mo. I am trading in a 6s+ 64gb. I really don't understand how the payment can be lower but I'm doing the happy dance!
Hmmmm I just scrolled down through the options and hit continue cause I was trying to get it ordered quickly (I usually don't do that) - do you know if something was automatically prechecked?Did you order Mobile Insurance?
Thanks! I'm doing the trade in as wellI believe it’s for if you’re doing a trade-in that’s probably the return box or something

This is a fererence to the phone you will be sending back to AT&T. In the box you receive there will be a return label and instructions for returning the trade in.
This makes sense too! lol tyMost likely the SIM card

If you are an AT&T customer and plant to stay that way then there's no advantage of the sim-free version. The sim-free version is cool if you plan to switch between carriers - GSM or CDMA. I'm happy with AT&T so their GSM version is fine for me.Is there any clear reason to order the AT&T version of the phone, vs. the SIM unlocked version from apple?
Just pre-ordered my iPhone 8! Still says delivery date of 9/22! I'm guessing everyone is waiting for the X.

The SIM FREE phone that apple sells says, active on any carrier.. wouldn't that be an essentially all carrier phone?Don't think there's such a phone as GSM plus CDMA purchasable from AT&T. The Verizon phone, available from both the Apple Store and Verizon… Has both CDMA and GSM. But it assumes that you're a Verizon customer first.
I don't think Apple makes a truly all carrier phone purchasable everywhere.
This is correct. Best Buy's iPhone 7s were also carrier agnostic (same sim-free version Apple Sold). I'm guessing they'll do that again this year. The SIM FREE phone that apple sells says, active on any carrier.. wouldn't that be an essentially all carrier phone?
For some reason I don’t see the option to add a down paymentI have a question for the people that ordered on Next. It looks like you can now put a down payment down, which will help lower the monthly payment, depending on how much you put down. My question is, does it give that option, and then make you also pay the tax when you order the phone?
I see it in the Apple app, but ordering with my AT&T account. For some reason I don’t see the option to add a down payment
