Ordered on 10/27 at 10.13 EST - Silver 256 via AT&T premier website.
Shipped Fedex with pick late last night (Mon) and arrival today (Tue).
I received shipping info at 12.30am CST. Previously showed Processing (website) and backordered (*6737#) since order date. Initially had a 11/2-10 shipping estimate, which pushed to 11/24-12/2 late Friday night and did not change from Processing at my last check around 11pm yesterday.
On Friday, I opened an escalation ticket to share my thoughts on the last minute status change. Doubt it did any good, but I let AT&T know my opinion on what I thought was in their control and how they could have done better, including shipping items in the order that they were ordered.
