Yep, 256 SG orders on 11/27 at 3:31am on the Premier website. Still "preparing to ship" with a 12/4-12/18 estimate as of this morning (11/27).
Should I even waste my time calling Premier support and asking? Can they even do anything about it? Since it's not even 12/4 yet, I fully expect them to tell me to keep waiting...

I bet they fulfill orders at different times based on what part of the country you live in.
I doubt their system is set up to ship differently based upon customer location - that would make no sense. The fundamentals of an order processing system should take into consideration 1. customer importance (Premier vs standard), 2. order date, 3. product availability. The thing that suggests something went wrong in their system is that orders placed first do not seem to be getting fulfilled before other orders placed later - and in many cases it appears that Premier customers are getting put behind standard customers.
