This is what the bottom of my email said and the “total due” was the taxes and that’s when I called customer service and they told me, After talking to their manager that I had to go to a store to pay it.Mine didn’t say either. I got the same email as yours. But the customer support said it will be added to the next bill and the order will ship on time.

I did not receive and email like that, I got the “you’re good to go” Email but hadn’t paid my taxes so the phone wouldn’t have shipped.... literally only reason I’m mad also is because I woke up for it. Lolim concerned im running into the same problem. got an email that says:

when i called they told me there was an issue with the order and they would need to cancel and resubmit. i knew better. they told me they couldn't see what the problem was and he would get me as close to november 3 as possible but he couldn't make any promises. again, i knew better so i just hung up. the status is still showing in progress with nov.3 delivery date. im currently chatting with AT&T so we will see. i wouldn't care if i hadn't gotten up at 3am and gone all day thinking everything was good to go.
