I ordered 1 iPhone X from Apple with 11/3 delivery and 1 iPhone X from AT&T.
With the same date for delivery. My Apple order has showed up in UPS My choice.
Has anyone had there AT&T iPhone X showed up on UPS or FedEx?
I have not oredered from AT&T in a few years. I don’t remember if they use fedex or ups.
[doublepost=1509306410][/doublepost]I have the exact same case as yours. ATT order has not shown up in any shipper yet.

As someone else mentioned the phones have been always in the US for these releases from ATT. And are usually shipped FedEx Next Day. The shipping label will probably not be printed until Wed at the earliest. At that point if you have a FedEx account, it should show up. The Apple orders ship from China and as such are shipped many days in advance.

Does anyone know where you can find where Fedex locations will hold a package so it doesnt go on a truck? My office is often a late in the day delivery spot and rather just get it myself. I just dont know where the "hub" is in my area.

I would just call your local store and ask. But, it sounds risky. At this point, I think I will just leave the shipping as it is. I may have to wait until later in the day. But, it beats the shipping getting messed up. Or, have others done this successfully in the past?

On the other hand, I have been considering going to the local AT&T store in the morning on the 3rd, and buying one. Then returning the one I have coming.

If you sign up for an account with FedEx, you can redirect to a FedEx store. Not sure if it costs a small fee. But it probably does. I wouldn't do it unless you are sure you will miss the package otherwise.

Nope cost nothing to hold at local station or have picked up at FedEx Office, Walgreens, Kroger, etc.

Also double check with your service provider as well as some have restrictions, for example Verizon has a few different ones.

My status went from in progress to preparing to ship. IPhone X 256gb silver, ordered on October 27 at 0445 and the cancel option went away as well. Currently, I'm doing my happy dance and sipping on my drink, oh yea!! Life is good.

DON'T buy Apple Care or AT&T warranty coverage! I buy iPhone insurance from "Worth Avenue Group" because it is cheaper and it covers EVERYTHING (even theft and loss due to natural disasters!). I will be insuring my X for 2 years at a cost of $84.00 total with a $50 deductible! I bought insurance from them for my last 3 phones and only had to use it once for a phone dropped in a swimming pool (they sent a new one overnight and I returned the "flooded" one). My employer uses it to cover 45 iPads used by our staff, repairs for broken screens or replacement of lost iPads is easy and seamless. Check out their comparison chart online (comparing with AT&T, BestBuy, etc):

SOOOO for whom ever saw my ordeal, looks like I finally have a resolution. I called AT&T ECOMM, they did an override on my ship date and apparently my new ship date is Nov. 2(which was my original before this whole ordeal) but when i look at my order status online it shows Nov. 27-Dec. 4. Hopefully that's wrong and online just does not reflect what actually happened. Anyone else get an override?? Love for some input!!

Reps have been telling me that overrides are bs because of the limited supply

Cal them once each day to verify. The reps have been known to tell customers whatever they have to to get off the phone.

Can I take it to apple and they reimburse or do they have to handle the repair?

Definitely going to consider them.

From their website:

It takes an average of five to seven business days to properly repair your device after receiving it at the repair shop. Certain repairs may take longer, depending on the extent of the damage to your device.

I have also used Worth Ave Group the last 6 years for all my iPhones and iPads. A couple of times I have (unfortunately) had to use them, they have been great. Very flexible. One time I had a phone die in water, they told me to take it to an Apple Store, or send it in to Apple. I told them I couldn't be without a phone. They had me just get a new one.

Just ordered one and I got a notification it’s getting ready to ship, but AT&T’s site is saying not till late Nov.
