I placed my order at 4:33AM. I have gotten the initial email, a follow up email saying 'we're good to go' as well as a text yesterday saying 'my order was almost ready to ship'. I've been checking the status and it's still 'in progress'. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I see some movement tomorrow.

Hey guys I apologize if this question has already been addressed in this thread, but does anyone’s order status have this additional NOT_AVAILABLE item listed? Should I be concerned?

Ye mine does too. I think it has something to do with the trade in device.
So with AT&T trade in option:
To get the most money back? - I have an iPhone 5, 5s and 6 all in great condition.
I presume I can only trade one in.
Is it better to go to a store and trade one in or send it by mail?
Any idea of what we would get for either of these?

I've called AT&T . They said they didn’t see anything other then my iPhone X. I too have the same not available item. Under my iPhone X order.
I’ve always understood that extra item to be the SIM card and/or the “welcome kit” they send you with a new device. Confidence level is not high on that claim though, haha!!
My att order is under a line that I never used an upgrade on, and my Apple order is under my line that has my current 7+ on next every year. If my att order comes first (it looks like it will), can I cancel my Apple order and put my att order under that line? Anyone have any experience doing something like that?
In multiple, previous years pre-orders, ATT orders went "back order" on *6737# just before they were shipped. This was always a positive sign.
What is *6737#? Some way to check order status on your phone? I would just go by the website.
It is just a different way. My ATT website shows "Preparing to Ship'. I am just pointing out that precedent is that "back-order" after "preparing to ship' in *6737# was a positive thing in previous pre-orders. It is the point where they are just waiting to assign a phone and shipping label to your order.
Is there any precedent for having no "preparing to ship" status but having "back-order" in *6737# at all? Because if so then that's where I'm at.
I am speculating, but i think if you are Nov 3, you are good.
guys with or without delivery status updates....you have until about Weds before orders may or may not change...after mid day weds if you haven't had a status change, THEN u should press the panic button
calling CSR about status updates this early is a waste of time....they are only stating what they want you to hear most of the time, they have little control....the devices aren't really in their hands to make moves...
same can't find my order message but online says in progress with 11/2 ship. as in years past a lot of these phones are in the us already and won't ship until as late as a thursday.
what does your estimated ship date currently say when you check the order status?
