[doublepost=1509505984][/doublepost]When I dial *6737# & check online it says in Progress :(

(Silver X 256GBs ordered @ 6:40am EST Estimated Ship date Nov 2-10)

Feeling more optimistic by the minute about my reprocessed order. No more option to cancel:

Reprocessed order of 3:06am preparing to ship now! Thank god, of the 72hours in a weekend I think 24hours of it was spent talking to people I couldn’t understand/get to comprehend my situation

Mine said it would be on the next bill.

I only received one email after my preorder. I never got the second email or text.

I had no issues with my pre-order of a 256GB space gray iPhone X. My transaction apparently happened at 15 minutes after midnight. I received the confirmation email almost immediately, and my status online has been “preparing to ship” since Sunday morning, with a ‘delivery by’ date of Nov. 3, and no option to cancel the order. I never received a text or any additional emails. *6737# reveals backorder.

I live in Houston.

Anyone else with a 11/3-11/17 ship date? I suppose that rules out delivery on release day.

Do yourself a favor and sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager (it's free). AT&T uses FedEx and when the shipping process starts it will show up under your account, sometimes before you get the AT&T notification. After you log in click on "Tracking" in the top bar, then "All Tracking Services" in the drop down, then scroll down and click on "View My Shipments".

Make sure if your name is not on the account to add alternate shipping names as well. I have this set up for UPS from last years Apple order and set up for this years ATT order for FedEx

question for you guys

i preordered mine with delivery 11/3. i paid in full.

is there anyway i can take the phone to att when i receive it and have them put it on my next plan ?

Ordered a 256 SG at 4:02a ET on 10/27; order said shipping 11/02-11/10
Received Good to Go email at 8:24a ET on 10/27
Received Good News text at 8:25a ET on 10/27
Sat 'In Progress' until sometime this afternoon, now says 'Preparing to Ship', still says 11/02-11/10 shipping date
#6327 says 'Backordered'

If you paid in full, why put it on the next plan?

i had planned on paying in full because i thought there would be less steps to get the phone thus not setting me back any further from 11/3

to be more clear id rather pay using next. but i didn't want to chance not getting the phone for 11/3

Got a question for AT&T users. If I get the iPhone X through Next can I put payments down anytime I’d like and bring my monthly bill down?

Hey guys, thought I should make an account just to post that there is hope!

I placed an order for a SG 256GB iPhone X at 12:30am PST on 10/27 and it got cancelled by ATT for no reason. I had an original shipping window of 11/2 - 11/10. After 6 total hours in phone calls, I was able to get my order reprocessed by an ATT rep on Sunday 10/29 and she was able to override the system to have my original shipping dates of 11/2 - 11/10.

I just checked my order status online and it got updated to preparing to ship! I will update you guys if it changes to shipped!

I’ve had UPS deliver my iPhones on launch day a couple times. Having said that do you know if FEDEX requires a signature? Or UPS for that matter? At least when shipping from ATT? I haven’t had to in the past but you never know.

I was able to find mine on UPS via track by reference. I guess now that I think about it, I did order it via apple. Mine just left China this morning.

Really so I cant put any payments down toward the device? If not bringing the monthly bill down to at least reduce the months owed?

Yes you can make payments online. It's a 0% interest loan so you may as well keep your money until you are ready for a new phone.

Same, mine has been preparing to ship since Saturday and that 6737 number says backorder. I got the 256 silver around 3:15am est.

I'm almost positive they require a signature. When I got my 6s plus and when my husband got the 7 both required a signature and both were through FedEx.
