My iPhone still shows as "In Progress"... I am getting a bit worried. My SG 64GB was ordered 2:24AM Central Time!

I ordered my Silver256GB X on 10/27 @ 3:59am EDT thru AT&T Next Upgrade. I live in Texas. I got the confirmation emails, credit card authorized for taxes, verified my order thru chat on AT&T website where the rep told me I was good to go and in the first batch of iPhones to go out for delivery on Nov. 3rd.

However, my status has never changed from IN PROGRESS since day 1. Weird. I figure I'll see movement tomorrow sometime.

My new Apple Saddle Brown leather case is waiting, as is my new Belkin Wireless charging mat!
 
These threads are hilarious. I'd tell you fools to get a life but i'm obsessed with all the minutia of the ordering process too... :(

Silver 256 10:45am ET order time. Still "In Progress" on Order Management and *ORDR#. No movement at all.... If nothing by tomorrow at this time I have to assume launch day is out of the question. 100% my fault and a boneheaded move made me late.. Guess I'll see how big of a price I have to pay!!
 
Status on AT&T Website is preparing to Ship still, ordered at 3:59AM from AT&T website. Called AT&T they verified it shipped yesterday, and will arrive tomorrow. On Fedex I have tracking number, showing same thing. Unsure if that is phone or not.

I could swear every iPhone is being shipped by UPS regardless of carrier...thought Apple has an exclusive contract with them.
 
Got a new email from AT&T just now.... It was about Stream Saver. Heart attack engaged.

Yeah I got that one too. I got to question their timing on releasing info on that junk.

ATT always used FedEx for these orders.

Thats odd.. considering Apple themselves is using UPS to ship...i guess if anyone ordered an 8 that be more telling of who would be the courier for ATT.
 
Ordered Silver 256 on 10/27 0700 PST. Received the Nov.2-10th expected ship date message followed by "in progress" message on the same day. So far no update.

Safe to assume that I will not receive the phone anytime soon. I fear that it will be more in line with the 5-6 week ship date reflected on Apple's website.
 
So since I’ve never preordered before - we are waiting for an email from AT&T that has shipping info/tracking number? And no one has gotten that yet here, right? At what point tomorrow, assuming that email hasn’t arrived, do we get nervous and decide to camp out in line?

HEY! I got that email too! Maybe it's for everyone that is getting a new phone shipped to them? Is this too much of a stretch? HAHA

If you have not got an email/text by 8:00pm Thursday and you can’t dig up any information yourself (calling AT&T, tracking by reference, Calling the Psychic Friends) u might want to pack a snack or two and have a friend standing by for bathroom breaks and head to the closest Apple Store or Best Buy and hope everyone else is sleeping in :)

LOL--better get in line, I will be!! I dont have any email from AT&T either except the one thats says preparing to ship still
 
Anyone else here when checking the status via *6737# have to check with "Contact Number"(Option 2)? When I use the other options, it cant find my order. Only option 2 works for status check. Still "In progress" 256 SG

EDIT: Anyone having trouble accessing their profile on the ATT site right now?

Same only option 1 works for myself. 256 gb silver ordered at 7:40am est 10/27 in progress since Saturday 10/28
 
No text or email updates and still showing in progress but just checked order status through the “we’re good to go” email and the cancel item button are gone. Finally some change.

Silver 256, ordered 6:52 EST with a shipping of 11/2 to 11/10. Maybe maybe, a 11/3 delivery.
Using the *6737# option, my items are now back ordered and I will be notified once they ship. This is good, correct??
 
Glad to see so many other people haven't gotten their shipped emails. I am still waiting, website says delivery date will be 11/3. Status still preparing to ship.
