Weather in your case is ok, as long as it’s not the wet kind…

Oh maybe it’s for me too since I have a widget.I had that and it was weather in my case
3h45min SoT. 1h off screen. %40 left.
what am I doing wrong? Or how tf other people get 7-8 hours?
edit: also coconut battery says it's %103 of health. I really don't know what to do.
I might return my phone as well and see if I can pick up a new one if the battery drain isn't fixed. I will let today pass since I just installed the latest update. Since swapping devices fixed OP unit, I will do the same if it still drains.
Glad to see I am not the only one, hopefully 15.1 fixes our issues. I am fine with 8 hours of usage before it dies but my Xs max had 6 so not a big difference so far for me.I have the 13 pro max and my battery is not nearly as good as advertised. Lost 16% overnight.

If u use icloud, have a ton of apps or any of the background app refresh you wont see some of the quoted things. But if you stream or play video see if you can get an hr of usage and dropping 10-12 % or less. if so I think you are good.It looks like my overnight drain was a smidge better on 15.0.1. Here are Thursday and Friday before and after:

I’m going to see how long I can use my phone today before I have to charge it so I can get a total screen on time value.
It’s safe to say though, that after a week with the 13 Pro after setting it up as new, I’m not wowed by the battery as many seem to be; in fact it seems to really be struggling. Getting approximately 4hr of screen on time and 8-10% battery drain overnight doing “nothing”.
Please correct me if I’m wrong, but you too off charge at about 4-5pm and at 6am the next day you had about 75% left..? What’s the issue? It looks like my overnight drain was a smidge better on 15.0.1. Here are Thursday and Friday before and after:

Yeah but half of that is when no usage (When asleep). I’m seeing a similar pattern. Not too impressedPlease correct me if I’m wrong, but you too off charge at about 4-5pm and at 6am the next day you had about 75% left..? What’s the issue?
I'm having the same issue with my 13 Pro. Seems to drain up to 20% overnight even with all apps closed. Really annoying.I have the 13 pro max and my battery is not nearly as good as advertised. Lost 16% overnight.

Yeah, I hope it's as simple as that. iOS 15 seems to be struggling out of the gate lol. 15.0.1 didn't seem to change anything for me either. 15.1 maybe??Yeah man it really is especially knowing that these phones do have great battery life cause everyone else is. Can’t wait for a software update

It's esimIt’s your phone Esim or regular sim?
Man I wonder if that is the issue. I have Esim too for the first time ever. I don't know man im trying to figure out why this is happening, could it be that? It's esim
I’ve got a normal sim and experience same drop. Was going to exchange phone but do younthink it’s more software. Seen no other complaints anywhere.Man I wonder if that is the issue. My hunch is that it's software. Apparently a lot of people last year had similar issues with the 12s. Assuming that got fixed with later releases of iOS 14.I’ve got a normal sim and experience same drop. Was going to exchange phone but do younthink it’s more software. Seen no other complaints anywhere.
What did you notice re bad battery? Significant drainage?I was having bad battery life too. My phone ended up dying during an IPWS update through my Mac. Apple gave me a new phone, it’s early but so far I can tell the battery life on the new phone is much better. Anyway I’m not sure if it can be fixed via software but I thought I’d give a data point for the rest of you.
