I was sent the agreement and ups labels this morning. When I check my order status online it says in progress. But when I check on the best buy app on my phone it says ready for pick up September 21.
***Also, log in to verizon and my upgrade has been used. Soooo who knows.
 
Can someone help me with tracking my pickup? I preordered in store, not online and all I have is a confirmation email saying 21st for pickup. I can’t track it through purchases, etc.

I’d call Best Buy if it’s not showing up in your online account.
 
I ordered in the store and received the email with the order number. I cannot see the order on the Best Buy app or when logged into my account on a computer. When I call the store automated system, it can not find the order. AT&T does show an updated amount I must pay to early upgrade and it is half the amount of the phone I ordered, which would be correct.

Anyone else with this issue?

Yes. I called and they needed the last 4 of my social, account pin(carrier), name, and address to verify with carrier.
I just got a message stating that "There is an issue with the mobile package."

Has anyone received this in the past from Best Buy? I have yet to call and figure everything out, but I'm hoping it has to do with a service plan, and not the actual device.

You call then an hour hold, there is an option to have them call you back.

Called the store and they found the order and said the phone is physically there to be picked up tomorrow.
 
No tracking yet. Still preparing. I did get my return label to ship my phone back since I did a next upgrade so... progress or whatever. I think it’s a good sign for us home delivery people.
 
I purchased on Tuesday because it said delivery on Sept 21st. My status is preparing and I got my return label since I'm upgrading. Hopefully we get some shipping info soon. :(

Me too! Did this in store as well. I think its because we haven't paid them for anything yet. Im trying not to be worried as I had a good conversation with them last night while reserving. Said to expect a call today to confirm pickup.

So I got bunch of emails from Best Buy and AT&T with my user agreements and welcoming me to my new device. Still says in progress though.

I haven’t gotten any additional emails from Best Buy but I have got a couple from AT&T. Mine also says “Preparing” and is being shipped to my house, with a Sept 21 date.
They better hurry so they don’t miss the overnighting window!

Edit - right as I hit reply, I got the BB/AT&T service agreement email. No update on shipping status though.

I just called my store and they looked up the order and she confirmed it is ready for pickup tomorrow morning first thing.

She said the pick up email should go out sometime tonight or tomorrow morning which I haven't received yet.

I don’t think the email directly correspondes with the time it is shipped. :)

It could be well on its way to your house as we speak.
 
My Best Buy store said that they give pre-addressed boxes for the return of AT&T iPhones that were upgraded.

Well the order status page on BB’s site still shows “Preparing”, if it was shipped then it should have updated to show the tracking number. And I should have got a text because I’m signed up for BB shipping alerts.

I don’t think it gets updated right away. At least not always. It might update them in a batch. I’ve gotten late night emails of packages coming the next day.
