Best Buy are basically giving away Series 0 Stainless Steel

Wow, $249 for a watch that cost $949 just a few weeks ago is insane. The link bracelet alone is almost $500 from Apple. You'd be crazy not to buy it at that price. Just picked one up!
 
got one for the wife and will probably sell the band on the bay for a possible, almost free apple watch. too good of a deal to pass up, i'm sure she'll be happy. she's a teacher and can't have her phone on her. this will be perfect to check notifications and in case of emergencies.
 
I still don't get why the old 42mm SS Milanese band Apple Watch is still full price though
 
I just bought this, this is insane. Apple sells that link bracelet alone for $450 on their website. Here you are getting a 1st gen SS watch and link bracelet for only $250!

As of a couple of days ago, I couldn't get the 38mm SS with link bracelet in store or shipped to me.

But I was browsing a few minutes ago and came across it. I still couldn't get it in the store, but they will (and are!) shipping it to me! That's $250--half the price of the band alone! Closed box! (I had purchased and picked up a SS black buckle last week for $100 more--looks like it's going back to Best Buy!)

So I guess the lesson is keep trying?
 
I had originally planned on getting an updated Series 1 because of the processor upgrade and the lower price point. I typically wait to buy second generation devices so they can work out the kinks (iPad, etc.) But after watching numerous Youtube videos showing a series 1/2 versus a series 0 with watch OS 3 I changed my mind. The small speed increase was not enough to justify the cost of an aluminum sport Series 1. The Best Buy price was just too darn good! I ended up getting the 38mm SS Series 0 with the black classic buckle for 299. Classier look and a Saphire crystal front. Couldn't be happier. :)

I hope so. I was getting ready to purchase a 38mm SS Link and after going to check for proper funds it was gone. Would prefer either a 38 or 42 link (any color) or 42mm SBSS Link or Mil. I'll park safari on this page and check it again in the morning. I gotta get to bed.

Yeah, it'll come back. I ordered one 45 minutes ago. Now it is saying, "Check Stores." Bookmark the page and check again in the morning. I saw this posted on Slickdeals, and apparently, the deal comes back every 4 to 5 hours.

Any ways of ordering if you live outside US? I tried creating an US forward address at nybox - but I have trouble paying at Bestbuy - doesn't accept international credit cards, nor PayPal (since that is also linked to my address in Denmark) - any tips?!
 
So far I've been able to resist, but I'm so tempted to get one strictly just to use as a dress watch. I already have a 42mm Sport along with a couple of optional bands that I've bought along the way that I wear everyday as it is though.

that's what I did! I picked up a 38mm Space Black link bracelet. I hope I can squeeze into a 38mm. I've lost 125 pounds so I think I can!

Deals like this will be commonplace before long. As the newness wears off of this Apple gadget, more discounts will appear. It's just a matter of time.

Congrats as well! How'd you do it?

I lost 150 pounds 10 years ago on low-carb. Turned out, I have super skinny wrists. So this 38mm sale was perfect for me.

Love it with my white gold wedding band.

4 hours of exercise a day and high protein/low carb and keeping a food diary...

my wrists are big boney so it's 50/50 for me! :)
 
Crazy just happend to look and picked up the 38mm with black link bracelet for only $350. That's crazy!! Will try it out. If it's no good I'll return it.
