Was the phone she was buying the same model you preordered?
Yes. It was exactly my pre-ordered iPhone. The manager blamed it on a warehouse error... (the fact that the iPhone they received "didn't have your name on it" but also admitted he was aware that I not only pre-ordered that exact iPhone, but that I am the ONLY person who pre-ordered that exact iPhone!
How would I go about contacting the GM or DM?
